"Lucky Hank" is a mid-life crisis tale set at Railton College, told in the first person by William Henry Devereaux, Jr. (Bob Odenkirk), the unlikely chairman of the English department in a badly underfunded college in a working-class American town.

The show is remarkably well done! The acting, the writing, the dialogue, the character development, and on and on. Brilliantly done show, I pray it’s renewed for season 2!
I just watched the first episode and it was great. I can't believe I never heard about it. Great interview btw
I liked the first few episodes. Great acting by Odenkirk
I loved it. Is it one season only?
I read the book, it adapted well.
The entire cast nailed it
This one might heat up over the next year or two.

What if I write my comments on various platforms that conform to grammatical norms?
chatGPT is the decline of English departments..
Surprised by how much I disliked it. Hopefully it finds its groove.
What did you dislike? I thought it was good satire about how petty academia is and how manipulative todays youth are, how adults stick out like sore thumbs in todays world and rely on their outdated knowledge, which only makes their situation more distant
@@hongo3870 horrible writing. Put me to sleep.
@@hongo3870 It might be clever, but it just didn't keep me watching. I don't feel the charm of it, and the jokes are too subliminal to really make it joyful.
