Would have liked to see a close up of,project, I think your eye shadow might have mica powder in it and,that is What makes it work I use it on most of my cards. Thanks for putting the youtube video online so other can see how it is done, I don't know how to put youtube online, wish I had a way of learning how because I'm 82 and have TONS of crafting ideas to share, Blessings to you and thank you again.
This is an awesome idea. I don't have embossing powder or a heat gun, so this works for many of us on a fixed income. You are so smart. TFS.
I accidentally found this out when some eye shadow spilled on
my watercolor paper... I tried to 'rub' it off... and saw how
Beautiful it looked... and it would not rub off!
When I ran out of Vera Mark, I put in Glycerin... it worked pretty
good!!

i use cheap hair spray to hold the color so it doesnt rub off. Just spray lightly.

I was going to ask you when I first started watching if you had to heat set or not but then I thought about it, this is just like using perfect pearls which you don't heat set so I am sure it's fine. Thanks for the great idea. You can get so many beautiful colors just in eye shadow.

You can use cotton balls to put the makeup on your project too if you’re missing the small applicator.

Can you use other kinds of embossing ink?
This must be an older video, because it's the first time I've seen the Wording at the bottom of the screen! Tried the eyesight never tried stamping with the verses mark.
Will you do shipment outside the country I mean internationally. ???
does this have to be set with hairspray? does it rub off without a fixative?

I wonder if the Versa Mark ink would stay wet enough to put clear embossing powder and emboss over the top of the eye shadow?
@Amanda Levy - or perhaps mix the eyeshadow with some clear embossing powder and then put on top of the Versa Mark and then heat emboss?
Is versamarker Ink usually very thick and sticky
Not usually.
Then do you need to seal it or does the versa mark just dry?
The ink just dries, you don't really need to seal it :-)
Do you heat set it so it doesn't come off?
It did not come off, I even wiped it with a tissue
Okay, I am back and checked the card, the make up does not come of. I took a tissue and rubbed it and it still is on the card with no smudges. SUCCESS !!!

Okay, I am back and checked the card, the make up does not come of. I took a tissue and rubbed it and it still is on the card with no smudges. SUCCESS !!!
