I'm mid-60s, retired Federal/Military, taught at University w/Master's degree, wrote a Spiritual book, adult children/grands, own property, divorced 3 times (16 years, 11 years, and 10 years) however, still blessed. But I wasn't blessed with the Fruits of the Spirit and God's gift of discernment until I fell very much in love with the Lord and placed Him first in my life. I've always been a Christian but began to love the Trinity with all of my being during my period of loneliness, healing, and reflection. I'm truly blessed by the Grace of God. I now have a new man in my life, and this didn't happen in my time, I prayed for a Godly man and patiently waited. This time being equally yoked is paramount and a must.😇

My husband had just ask me last week how did y’all meet! We are trying to decide if we want land or live in a neighborhood. We are raising our 6 year old grandson. And we really love what y’all are doing. Many blessings and overflow in y’all lives!

N deal with much pain n issues in my body. I wait on the Lord for it is written after we've done all, stand. It's not by power nor by might but by my spirit saith The Lord. Your story is so inspiring, I'm 38, not married yet, & no children, I take it of my mom, Meg, when you spoke about your ceremony you had before the Lord , by submitting your desires before the Lord,is something I may need to do also, I told my assistant pastor I don't want to idolize marriage, I understand more what marriage before God should be, I just ask him to help my heart & teach me to be obedient, because I love God❤.
I was about to give up on marriage but the Lord brought my husband to me with alot of prayer. We have been married 28 yrs and we don't have children. Our baby is in heaven. We have had cats in our lives.
Pray hard and the Lord will hear u. It's all in his time.

Your children are far from deprived. You are good parents. You show love and discipline when necessary. That could be serious. You have one that is giving you a time. They do try us. You will work it all out. Hugs to all
Walk and talk is the routine my mom and dad used to discuss serious matters. When there was a difference in opinion, they would walk and talk into the field or go joy riding. Us kids never heard arguments, name calling, yelling, or upset words come from either one toward the other. Dad never struck my mother, never called her out of her name or spoke bad things about her. Mom was the same. A little more direct in conversation.
They may walk for two hours and stand near the road for awhile but when they returned, matters were resolved and executive decisions made. Kids were not allowed to fight or bully each other. If it happened, both were spanked. Dad was heavy on verbal communication between people. "In all your getting, get understanding..." was how he rolled. Both parents have gone home now but words said by both parents on obedience still rankle in my childhood memories. A product of those walks my parents took down the field. My Dad was a farmer with an eight grade education and ex-con, and my mother had a Masters in Education.

Wow as a child in elementary school we use to eat the honey suckles from the tree on the playground...wonderdul memories. Such a blessing to see children be so creative. God bless your family😇🙏
I missed going to mass today, but I know this walk and talk brought me closer to Jesus than sitting, standing and kneeling at church would have. I have never witnessed an actual living testimony of how Jesus can guide you step by step to a wonderful life if you let Him - and you two are living it! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing this.

GREAT VIDEO! I LOVE YOU GUYS, YOUR KDIS AND VISION! God does, too! I grew up poor, and so did my wife, but in Mexico. But, we BOTH had hardworking and great childhoods. My mother is British, so I am a first generation American on that said, but have a college and more education. I met my wife at around 26 by in a bar by her friend Cathy. She refused to date me. LOL. But, I told her that we would be married and be together forever, and she laughed - whole heartedly. I grew up in church, so I knew she was the woman for me. Two years later, we moved in together and alter got married, and have been married for over 30 years!!! Now, both of us reach back, and try to help lower income communities. I am Black and White, and my wife is Mexican (Hispanic), so we help A LOT of people!!! Help YOUR Community, today!

God's word is so plain and powerful even when people resist it, and often follow human traditions. (1 Corinthians 14:34-35; 1 Timothy 2:8-15). It will judge us on the last day. (John 12:48-50).

my husband and I met where he was 24 years old getting a masters degree and just became a Born Again Christian. I was 19 in the Army and not following my Christian path 5 months we were engaged and September 27th 1980 we were married 9 months after we met. Our faith in the Lord and love is so strong

I watched this months ago, but it makes more sense to me now. I've declined proposals at least 4 times. I am still single at age 65 because the wrong men were approaching me. They thought they were right for me but I knew they were not. I believe until death us do part. I thank God for y'all 💖💖

Find some old broken flashlights, radios etc take them apart and have Noah to put it back together. his Little brain is curious about putting things together. An old pc of plywood and some black chalk paint make him a huge board that he can write on outside. Your boys watch you fixing things all the time. Build in tree houses making air conditioners out of bicycles let their creative mind grow.🤔🤗

Too funny with the catfish - my hubby used to feed trout by hand in our river!!! He would talk to them while he stretched his hand onto the surface of the water and they finally started coming to be fed!😂
Beautiful testimony, obedience is the first key to walking into what God has for you. Some of us have taken the long way around trying to figure it out for ourselves. God is such an awesome Father and loves us so much He will not force Himself on us but gently lead us. God only requires us to trust Him and follow even when we do not know where it may lead. I have the sickle cell trait and so does my children. My second daughter's oldest daughter has sickle cell as well and she goes through some challenges but God is always in control of it all

I enjoyed hearing your love story! I agree with Megan-that was a date no matter what, Tim. I also love weddings-but keep it about God. I get sad when I hear people bash weddings. Yes, you don’t need to spend a lot of money, but I think there is something beautiful about celebrating your God-ordained union with your family and friends! My husband and I had two weddings as we celebrated with friends & family here in the US and then again with family and friends in Germany, where all his family lives. We were able to take family & friends overseas for the first time to celebrate. They still talk about that experience. And his uncle/ godfather is a pastor and marries everyone! We had to keep that family tradition alive. We even flew over so he could Christian our children. Celebrating Gods blessing of marital union is important I think. Anyway, I went on because I see/hear people attacking marriage and weddings so much. It’s sad.
We celebrate 25 years this year and pray we get another 25 together!
