Critical connect tattoo battery pack and Bishop B Charged wireless power supply they are both great products they all have their ups and few differences. In my opinion Bishops battery is great option for tattooists who do long sessions and Critical Connect in combination with their Wireless FS pedal is great option for tattoo artists who can not live without pedal.

im using the musotoku power supply with a pedal on my bishop. not wireless but the 1tap on/off mode with pedal makes life so much more confortable
my bishop battery was toast in less than 50 hours of use. I still have to send it back, my bishop wand just took a shit too. Not sure about the repair process, but bishop does repairs I think.

The only place I could find the B charged was Nordic Tattoo in Finland but it got to my door in 4 days paired with the packer! With that said im currently teaching myself so I can't compare shit lol

@@Cjmm007 Yeah man. I'm in Rhode Island, I ordered it 2 Mondays ago. By Wednesday it was in NYC, Boston on Thurs and arrived on Fri even though they said it would arrive 3 days later than that. Not to mention I actually got it even cheaper than here. $820 total for both the Wand Packer plus B charged battery combo

I find it super annoying I can't disable kick start on my critical connect for the price of these you think they would have that feature I hope they could add it one day with a firmware update since these have bluetooth now the kick start is too much for the neuma 4 machine it makes it sound horrible and spit ink from the little boost
There's still option with combinations of buttons to press available it would be great if it would be optional
Damn a pedal for the bishop battery would be really nice!

I really doubt the b charged v2 will get the pedal I don't think that battery has bluetooth or they would advertise it as having it I honestly think they will discontinue the b charged v2 it has not come back in stock since they second batch months ago

Is there quite a height difference between the V2 and the Shorty?
Height of Shorty is 37mm and V2 is 49mm plus RCA connection
I have a critical shorty battery and can only seem to get 3-3.5 hours out of it at 7 volts.
what do you think? Do you recommend this battery for my bishop fantom? the company says it's 5 hours each

I’ve heard a lot of bad things about barber DTS, wich is preventing me from buying the battery pack. How is your experience with barber DTS?
Personally very good experience in ordering and customer service. Only thing I don't dig is if they don't have something in stock then it's put on back order and you get charged full amount and then invoice with actual amount but that usually with minor things and more of accountancy issue. Otherwise all good and I am fine with selection of products
Have a few critical batteries. I noticed pretty quickly cracks forming on the plastic. Any one else have this issue?
Mine look the same as when I unpacked them
It’s so odd. All 4 of my batteries have small vertical cracks on the plastic casing. They still work perfectly though. Thanks for the reply!
I want a baterry for my bishop fantom which one do you recommend ? the shorty one lasts 5 hours or 4? but the big one is too heavy for this machine?
Shorty is a good battery but I would recommend to try it before you invest - it also have kick start on connect version which might not work for some. As alternative Inkclaw have light weight and budget friendly options

It depends on voltage you are using and machine and variables but 5h is wishful thinking ... 3-4h realistically

You can - at your own risks. Haven't heard that anything have ever happened to anyone but still at your own risk

I just got my bishop battery and i feel like it runs higher than my critical batteries. At 8 volts the two critical batteries seem to run at a lower frequency than the bishop b charged. Has anyone else noticed this? Did i get a dud from bishop?

Though this is quite old. I am experiencing exactly the same issue. I can run my wand packer with 5.5 on critical but I need to set it up to about 6.5 when using the V2.

If the bishop battery was good thwy would create their own wireless machine and not work with critical..
Just guessing but maybe they have enough products to care about
It takes time to develop products especially to bishops standards it has to kick ass out the gate. I like that they aren't ostracized people who prefer other accessories. Fuck apples motto
