- Bodyweight only! And boy, is this a sweaty session!!
Short intervals combined with slightly longer durations! And exercises grouped together to compliment each one!
All you need is your mat, bottle of water, a towel and a lot of energy ready to burn!
The timer will be on for 20 seconds of work per exercise, and we will perform each one for four sets in total! We then have 10 seconds of rest before moving to a longer set of 60 seconds before we have 20 seconds of rest!

Wow...that was intense! Rally enjoyed the format...but did think I might not make to the end...but did it..yay! However...no in no way did I keep pace with Caroline in a lot of the the exercises....she is a machine!!!
The most inspirational thing about Caroline is that even when she is breathless and exhausted, she is still clearly enjoying herself! Thatâs ultimately what these workouts are about⊠not torturing yourself in the hopes of achieving a killer body, but pushing yourself to the limit because you genuinely love the challenge! đđȘđŒâ€ïž

So true, Matthew! I absolutely love working out...and I enjoy Carolineâs workouts more than any Iâve ever done! But the reason Iâve been working out for the mast 40 years is simply that I just enjoy exercising so much...and...especially as I get older I appreciate the health benefits more and more! As to what my body looks like...thatâs not, to me, the most important thing! Work hard and have fun is always my âmottoâ!

I usually only did your dumbbell HIIT for the longest time, I was always intimidated and couldnât keep up with all of your fast movements. Thatâs so brilliant to read, Kate! When I first found Carolineâs workouts over two years ago I thought her HIIT looked so fast and intense! Hi Elise...I was so pleased to have a workout without dumbbells today...I so much love doing bodyweight workouts and I just love doing HIIT! This is superb...definitely challenging but I loved the way it was all put together! I really enjoyed those 60 sec exercises! My second time doing Fuel series and it's proven to be just as challenging. It always reminds me of the scene from" Liar Liar " when Jim Carrey is beating himself up and someone walks in on him like "what are you doing?!" And he responds "I'm kicking my own ass!"

I'm not a HIIT kind of girl but I did this and really enjoyed it. I always feel so powerful when performing kick thru's. Although I wasn't as fast as CG, I was still drenched in sweat. Such a great session. Thanks so much, Caroline!

I will definitely incorporate this workout into into my training more often. I'm taking about a two month break from lifting heavy weights. Let the bodyweight workouts, runs, and calisthenics take over! I want to see how my body responds to this type of training. I'm very excited!

Love your workouts. Every time I have to pause your videos multiple times. In case anyone was feeling down about having to take breaks, Iâm there with you pausing as needed đ«¶.
So this week I have been able to do exercises that I have never been able to do before like the single arm burpee and the reverse crab reach so that's making me feel all sorts of strong. Also, for a week full of burpees and sprawls, I didn't hate it, lol. Very sweaty way to start the day, gets the juices flowing!! Thanks Caroline!
couple of days behind on this programme just completed my first HIIT with Caroline. started following Caroline during the Epic programme and just could not complete a HIIT workout. Feeling very proud although i did need to pause the video for about 30 secs before the last set of burpees. Thanks Caroline its down to your programmes that Im in the best shape of my life. Just need to cut the weekend lagers down to see even better results. :)
Loved every minute of it. Every single one. In my sixties and when I started with you Caroline, I couldn't keep up with any of your programs. I have been doing this program on and off (life happens) for a while now, and I absolutely love that the focus is on having a good time and pacing yourself instead of copying exact movements, weights, and timings. I use 3kg dumbbells and can't do a single full pushup. Hell, I can't even do a kneeling tricep pushup. But I substitute and work within my ranges - and I have never felt better!
Caroline has helped me fall absolutely in love with weight and resistance training. Her and Natacha Oceane are my favorite fitness creators who have helped me not only exercise with good form, but also for the right reasons.

I had these limiting beliefs that with my little kids at home, I couldnât make the time for exercise and my body would never be as strong as it used to be. Well, you showed me otherwise. I now wake up every morning at 5am because I love doing your workouts and I can do more push-ups than I could when I was 18. I smashed this workout today, thanks to you, and I am so grateful! Thanks so much Caroline for including the modification for tuck to star. I have been coming up with my own modifications for some of the moves my core isn't strong enough for yet postpartum, but it was really nice not to have to think on the spot when my heart rate was sky high and I was dripping buckets. There were a few times during this workout when I wasn't sure if it was sweat or tears dripping down my face and I wanted to give up (think hot hands and half burpees) but overall it felt really good to use my body weight and really focus on using my core to power most of the movements. Loved it! Will definitely return to this workout on HIIT days again and again once fuel is over.

I collapsed like Caroline at the end! That last push of chest to floor burpees was a great finisher physically and mentally. I really enjoyed the timer and format. The x4 went fast when itâs only for 20 seconds. Favourite moves: sprawl to alt kicks, plank to toe touch. I liked how burpees/sprawls were interlaced with other moves. Music was spot on with my speed in a few places too which made it fun. I think this is one of my favourite pure HIITs.
Challenging and fun workout. I need to incorporate more of these workouts into my routine. This Fuel Challenge is amazing, exactly the push my body needed.

Today, after 3 weeks break I restarted my training with this video. This time, I played the sound track over my home theatre system. The windows were vibrating, the building was dancing, my mood was overcharged...the neighbors were happy, or maybe not ahahah. Lucky me to have such tolerant neighbors. It took every ounce of motivation for me to do this one today. Partly because I waited until the afternoon, I didn't eat the healthiest breakfast, and I'm crampy! Really had fun with this one -- the mini tabata sets + the long set really made this workout fly by. Felt sweaty without being too winded until that burpee finisher!!! Loved it. Will definitely come back when I need a feel-good sweaty sesh!

Nothing beats the feeling of hoping in to a cold shower early in the morning, when it seems that the whole world is still sleeping but you feel like you have just won a championship. I think most of us are working out to catch these feelings and trully feel them after a workout!

This was just so much FUN! What a week for burpees huh? I am so happy and grateful that we have a new video everyday!. Oh and the add on for upper abs, wonderful.
