such a great idea for a bar set up. I plan on visiting your bar after I get settled in Iloilo city in November. I want to check out a couple of menu items and non-alcoholic drinks. I might stay at the resort across the street, if available at that time. I really like the way you treat your employees, for they will help make you successful.

I can tell you as my experience in the legal field for over 20 years in NYC, any bar/restaurant owner can expect to be there 60-80 hours a week for the week for the first few years. Any expectation of traveling around in a few months and letting the business run itself is setting you up for disappointment. It just canât happen with a good outcome. Thatâs just the nature of the business. Itâs a tough business and wears on you. I know someone who owns several multimillion $ McDonald locations and they are still in the restaurants 5 days a week after 15 years of ownership. Itâs just a hands on business that requires constant oversight

Guys for a bit more than 1K USD a month...You can have a literally mansion. 3-4K a month Pension budget, you are living with and or employing a gardener, driver, live-in maid, and a very nice house.

Please don't worry about what you refer to as the 'infomercial' videos for the bar. I'm sure I speak for a great many of us here, we are thoroughly enjoying this 'tangent'. The best part about it is it makes us feel part of your family there - we join you, visit you whenever all the Beaver family and you and Katy return with a new 'episode'. Yes, travel vlogs are interesting, and it's nice to see new places, but so many others are doing simply that. Adventures in a single place, with the same people is very appealing, as it invites us into the story. And we love this story Michael. God bless you.
