My choice - slim tapered jeans ( also good for chelsea booots) . straight - for big sneakers . Slim - for low classic sneakers.

Great video! When I was younger I use to wear skinny jeans all the time, but realized that it became too much wearing them so much. I wanted to switch it up here and there, and not always be wearing them because sometimes I just wanted to be more comfortable wearing jeans and not feel them against my skin as skinny jeans do. I’m almost 21 now and I still wear skinny jeans here and there, but I more so wear slim fitting jeans. I think with a lot of brands these days like Levi’s and American Eagle they have slim jeans that fall in between the skinny and slim fit as “slim taper” so I usually wear that. I also in the last year started getting into relaxed fitting jeans for a more relaxed look and with more vintage or streetwear outfits, it looks amazing. Doesn’t make me look short (I’m 5’5) as the length is perfect. The relaxed silhouette it has is insanely comfy to wear without sacrificing my style capabilities
Agree with you. I’ve finally learned skinny & slim makes you look taller, but that doesn’t mean it makes you look good. I’m 5’6 and I look better in straight pants & rugged vintage clothing. Just find what’s best for your build.
JG, exactly right about that. it's all about proportions and what looks great on one build can look terrible on another. silhouette is vastly underrated as well.

Skinny jeans are for guys who like other guys sexually
The jeans I usually I go for is Bootcut Jeans, Slim Fit Jeans, and Straight Fit Jeans my favorite mostly is the Bootcut because I like to wear boots sometimes and when I say boots I mean chelsea and cowboy boots I usually go for Buckle jeans I love there jeans I like more of the 2000s look jeans I used to wear skinny jeans but not anymore if I was athletic build I'd still wear Bootcut Jeans

Hey do you know if everlane jeans fit more in the skinny side or an actual slim fit. I’m thinking of purchasing one but I don’t want it to fit too skinny and not have a supper tapered leg opening. However, I cannot yet wear relaxed or straight jeans as my legs aren’t big enough yet. Thanks
it depends on the style. their performance (4-way stretch) slims fit me like skinny jeans whereas their original slim fit jean is slightly looser and fits more like a true slim. and of course the summer fit jean fit is more relaxed as seen in this video.

I wear mostly jeans but sadly being shorter than average they all look baggy and the proportions just don’t work. But jeans are a versatile classic all the same and a permanent part of my style.
how tall are you? and have you tried brands like peter manning, ash & erie or under 510? they cater specifically for shorter fellas.
How’s the quality on the everlane? Never owned a pair but they look super comfy
everlane is solid. staple pieces, and pretty good quality. i've got a pair of their original slims, performance slims and the summer fit jeans. i wear the first 2 pretty regularly.
@@gentwithin I’m assuming supply chain issues hitting the jean and chino market hard. My go to brands are dried out with no signs of restocking anytime soon. Bonobos chino in a 30x30 is a unicorn right now.

depends on your weight. if you're 5'3" and slim...go for skinny.

Highschool I was very slim, so I wore skinny now I'm almost 30 and put on about 60 lbs and prefer straight cut or tapper my thighs are too big for skinny probably becuse I do more then play video games and school. 😂
