If you're going to keep that bent bubble up, I would for sure weld or bolt in at least one extra brace up higher and at an angle to the one there now. Two would be better still.
Tyson rather drill a hole I think over time it will wear over time, I would make a clamp that goes around the whole tube and put a brace on sides to make it more sturdier.
It looks like you're running that 9600 with the tailings door cracked open. Lots of barley pouring out of there.
Duck and geese will be happy
I'll have to take a look again

I'm glad they fixed that issue with the CRs! The CRs have a good bubble up design... pretty simple, just replaced the flighting on it this year.
The older TR all were good design...
Grate to see one of your videos again two braces .Sean as shy as ever ☺
I would leave the access window out if your not going to run the hopper extensions. It would be easier on the gear box and U joint
Great video Tyson
Good job northern crew.
Yep. I would put longer bolts through the top (where the top bearing attaches to the metal strap) and attach supports that way.
The idea to weld up some braces sounds like a good idea on the auger IMHO 👍🫣😎
For sure
Enjoyed your video and looking forward to more.
More to come!
Nice looking TR 99 combine you r working on Tyson
Thanks kevin
What a design. I would brace that too. A kink in a auger doesn’t seem too brilliant to me. Lol 😂
Good to see another video from you, Ty. More please.
More coming
Excellent
Love the vidjas Tyson
Threaded Rod with locknuts. Drill and put thru top ring of auger tube. Allow you to adjust the tension on the rods.
Great video as always .
Thanks shawn
Very nice video Tyson
Thanks jan
Wow that band aid fix design wasn't well engineered, Hopefully it will get you through harvest until you can get it fixed properly.

Good idea
I'd probably eliminate that bent elbow if you aren't using bin extensions, fabricating an auger extension isn't hard, great video Tyson
Elk and deer are delicious, especially when cooked over an open fire.
👍👍
Thought it was going to throw right out lol shouldn’t plug
First 1st 🥇
i have a tr 85 if pats cross . i an by winnipeg
Tr 85 doesn't have the same style
Dont often hear workin words from you Tyson.
Good day from Ontario. Yes I was surprised , but when u have everthing together & forget a few extra words could come out. Thanks
Shows everyone gets a little frustrated from time to time... that'd annoy the heck outta me to when having to take something apart again lol
Oh you ain't heard nothing yet haha...
Hey Ty! Man that thing does run fast. Be nice to slow it down a bit...
I know at least 25 percent
Why do you cut corn instead of header and put through combine
We don't harvest corn here in the north....we cut the grains so they dry
Tanks 👍
That ring gear makes me think cracks and shit in the grain
Wait. What does that ring gear do?
@@huntingandstuff9489 it allows the auger to bend down into the grain hopper for storage
You can always count on your John Deere eh Tyson
Always thought the John Deere 9500 where good combines
The worst thing on the TRs was they unloaded so slow.
Fast enough for me haha
"Abomination" ha ha ha.
John Deere to rescue
Deere is down right now lol
Yes that does look like a crappy design
It is
Tyson turn the video off and yell fffffffffaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrk!
I did
That really is a stupid design
Get a deere
Got a deere
