    Nice, the thing, I love about, Julia, is that she is very old fashioned- patient, and bringing everyone together, always.

    That dramatic lunge at the stove as she gasped, "...to your HORROR..." was Emmy worthy! I find myself grinning ear-to-ear watching these...as I raid the refrigerator.

    I've had quenelles in Paris, but would never attempt to make them. Although, it is a delight to see a complicated recipe prepared and not yet another of those TV chefs "15 minute meals" that actually take 3 hours if you include shopping, prep, and cleanup.
