Sciatica is caused by, and manifests differently in different people. If it's from disc bulging or herniation it can reduce overtime but never fully heal. Anyone who tells you otherwise is a snake oil salesman
I don’t have anything , no rings no bands no dumbbells, so most of these exercises I can’t do , so can you please make videos about exercises for broke people like myself ? I’d love to see this
Rings are super cheap and you can adjust the angle at which you row by stepping back from the anchor point. If you are physically very limited you could even do rows from a door frame. If you are strong enough you can do rows beneath a stable table. You could also use lashing straps if you already have them. If you wrap a folded towel with the lashing straps you can throw that over the top of a door, close it and use that as your anchor.
@@amoghpratapsingh4938nah dude, i take my training seriously and i also cant buy rings, even though i really want them. I use a trashy, public park TRX in a different city (I have free transport, dont ask why) for that sole reason
Can go to a local park? All you need is a bar literally. Exercise doesn’t have to cost money!! It’s for everyone. Google “Cali park” or if there’s none local to you just go to any park close to you and guarentee you’ll find something that looks like these ^
The bent over row taxing the lower back is NOT a drawback. You WANT a stronger lower back. It is integral to not only athleticism, but basic quality of life, especially as you age.
The Pendlay Row is my best lift. My 1RM is 132 kg. However, I like doing ring rows, too. One thing I like to do is put my feet on a chair and do rows. When I'm finished with a set, I immediately do another set with my feet planted on the floor.
It hurts my lower back.😢Lower back 's disk minor injury in past ,90 percente healed no numbness in legs but still this rowing with small weights hurts.
All bent over rows at any angle will work to build the back. It's not a sign of a weak posterior chain. I do them at all angles. An upright row is when you're standing straight up so what you are conflating with upright rows is actually called a Yates Row. Standing at a 45° angle will build the upper back more as opposed to a 90° bent row which will target the lats more
@@user-hx9bq4kf1q I never said that it was the only thing I got. I will tell you that it was the only feedback that I thought that I could give. Everything else was not anything for which I could give any advice. The word you were looking for was "piques". It's pronounced like "peaks", but has a unique spelling.

Isn’t this something you should discuss with your medical professional and not some random youtuber?

Do both.... bodyweight variations including front lever rows and barbell rows

What is the best way to learn tuck lever touch?
I have scoliosis and I’ve been doing rows standin up and it’s killing my back. I’m gonna try doing it inverted and see if it helps with the pain
No, the barbell row is not horizontal ffs. 45 degrees unless you're pulling baby weight

Try loading 100 kg on that belt and see why inverted rows are stupid
Why did you go from calisthenics to weight lifting?
Because they are both important

You accidentally said "verse" instead of "versus". These two words are unrelated and therefore not interchangeable.
Idk why but you make it sound so personal that's its actually kinda funny
