  • What possessions to keep after loved one dies. This is a hard process to navigate so I thought I would help by sharing my experience. I will share examples of items I kept and items I decided to give away.

I am glad I see your channel here, you are so inspiring for all widows out there. I lost mine 3 years ago due to cancer, our kid were 7 years old. I still in pain, and don't feel I will ever be okay, even everyone told me that " you will be fine, time will make it easier". I can't get over it, and I can't get out with that thought in my head " what if...". I am glad to see someone out there opens up to talk about the grieving journey, give guidance how to make it thru. Thank you ♥

You are so strong. Your children are really lucky to have you as a mother. I'm watching you from France. Good luck to you❤

Coming from a family of no cancers,I can never understand of what you've gone through. However, seeing your videos brought me to tears. Cancer really, really sucks. I pray to the Almighty to look after you, your departed husband and your beautiful children. Take care, Ma'am.
    With love from Assam, India.

Thank you! My husband passed away 10months ago. His toothbrush is where he left it and his side of the closet too. My brain just can’t process those decisions yet.

We just lost my Mother in law on Mother's Day. I went to the facility and cleared her belongings except for a large dresser that I can't fit in my car. I brought it all home, organized and categorized it, washed everything that I could, and got a bag for obvious refuse. I set aside items for my girls to look through. I think about donating something and it ends up getting held back because I want to take my time and be sure I'm making the right decision. It's more complicated than I thought it would be, so I'm glad to hear that time is on our side.

My friend lost her husband in March. She selected some of his shirts and sent them to a company that make patchwork teddy bears out of the shirt material. It has given her a lot of comfort.

We're making cushion covers out of a loved ones clothes. That way when I need a hug I have something soft to cuddle.

Just found your channel today. Love your content. Are all of your videos the same format - the video size portrait instead of landscape?

@CocosCaravan have you ever watched any videos by Remi Clog? Her channel is almost entirely portrait format videos. I hadn't ever deliberately watched any videos like that before her channel. If you like watching cleaning videos, then you'll like her channel.
