When I add a speech bubble, the yellow frame does not turn to blue - any syggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Tried doing this with Elements 13 trial and it didn't work. Also the guide says you can drag a text or graphic object, it would have been nice if you didn't have to select speech bubbles but titles as well.

Thanks. This helped me with v.15. However, I can't figure out how to limit the amount of time the speech bubble appears. I'd like it to only be visible for a few seconds, but the clip itself is longer than that.
Nice feature, but super frustrating that I have to add a speech buble, and then edit that in order to get a design I actually like.. and can't edit any of the styles myself (apart from the font and look of the letters themselves).. any ideas? Can I create my own object type to add? I find the 'add graphics, text or ,,'-formulation.., yes, I can add text, but only inside a predefined graphic.. I just want to add text alone :)
Thanks for the demo anyway. It's not this alone, but it helped along the decision of upgrading from PE7.0.
Is there a way to hand draw a highlight on an object? Trying to use the motion tracking tool for a football highlight is impossible. Also is there a way to just have a basic arrow to point to the object instead of one of the cartoonish graphics?
The yellow tracking part works, but I cannot link an object to it once it is defined. It stays yellow.
Is there a way to change the font in the text of the speech bubble?
Can you do this with elements 11?

I have the same Problem as many have here in the coments, my frame does not turn blue. Im also working on Elements 13. Can you please msg. me to tell me a solution. Or at least a link where i can get a description to solve the Problem.
