When Lamar touched on the reactionary violence, he was speaking nothing but the truth. Every time I see a new headline about a person going postal at work the first thing that comes to my mind is "What did they do to him" but prior to my own workplace experience I used to believe these people lost their minds
Management and HR are compromising everyone's life playing these mind games with targeted individuals .. that's just the reality.
