Las Vegas REALTORS® has been working diligently for several months to update the most important forms, in compliance with the NAR Settlement Agreement.

With the guidance of LVR and NAR legal council, the LVR board, Forms, MLS, the Settlement PAG, and all of our concerned members and fellow brokers/agents, we believe these forms to be the most accurate and compliant going forward. However, in this constantly evolving post-settlement scenario, adjustments are likely to happen over time as we put these forms into practice.
