STIHL MSA300C review!

Today i am testing out the Stihl msa300c, said to replace the 261, but can it or will it?
join me as i try the saw for somewhat the first time, just falling a normal birch and limbing it, my all around thoughts of it.

Nice to see you back online Sondre. Electric is a nice option if you're close to charging services. I can not imagine myself packing 10 or more batteries when I go deep in the forest for 2-3 days straight.

For delimbing I use a stilh msa 200 wtih ap 300 s battery.
Don't know how much it wieghs thogh.

I have this saw for over one year, great powerful saw but feel like a Mustang GT with gas tank in the reserve, the AP500S battery isn't up to the saw for professional use. Cutting oak about 20" diameter 11 cuts and the AP500S battery is out of charge, for a day work out in the forest with need a truck load of batteries.

An option Stihl is investing in 2027 is e fuels so if you have a gas chainsaw that works it is e fuel ready
