I can’t say much about the Ivy League because the college I want to for undergrad has a 50% acceptance rate and the medical school I want to go to has a 30% acceptance rate But I will say for those who do want to go to the Ivy League, keep putting in the hours and you’ll be okay. Even if you don’t get into the Ivy League, there are tons of other colleges out there. And for those who did get accepted, congratulations! Keep up the great work! For those who didn’t, it’s fine, this is not the end of your life, it’s a stepping stone towards greatness

I wasn’t accepted into any Ivy’s… I never applied to any Ivy XDDDD Though I did get rejected by all of my reaches (including schools on the Ivy tier) except for one. But hey I got into my top state school, a T25, and I got enough financial aid that won’t leave me in any debt! So I’m definitely happy.
0-6 (though i got into Berkeley Haas,i don't plan on going). I had a 1570 SAT score, a startup valued at $1.5M, 25 AP/IB classes, and I spent months on my essays, often working on them for 8-10 hours a day. The feeling isn't great :(
I just got denied, I’m on the verge of doing something regrettable. I worked so hard just for the indicator that all my hard work was a waste of time. It’s going to be so embarrassing hearing how everybody got in, and then there’s me. DENIED.

I am my class president, I started a successful eBay business, led my robotics team to the world championships twice, and was part of a science team that sent an experiment to the International Space Station. I was also super involved in swimming, where I have school records, was the team captain, and was the first in my school's history to win a few awards. Although my extracurriculars seemed sporadic, I tied them together and revealed my life mission of using my STEM background and love for building businesses to become an entrepreneurial innovator. Hi. Do you know if i can get into brown and princeton? I go to a school that does competency based narrative grades. I'm supposed to be graduating by June of next year. Also I have lots of extracurriculars that are very unique and not so common. Like I'm on the envirothon team, am on the student leadership team, I did a summer trauma program at new york Presbyterian, and also am doing a summer neuroscience research program at rockefeller university. Additionally, for my junior year I'm doing a college algebra course at my school in association with howard university, a college environmental science course in association with UCSD, and this summer I'm taking hunter college now classes.

You should also tailor some of your extracurriculars to your major!
