So stylish, I like your aggresive riding style
I love a nice calculated aggressive riding style aswell
Same! Almost surf style. So clean
Yooo Tommie, I’ve been snowboarding most of my life but for financial reasons I’ve always only been able to go a couple spread out days a year. This year I have a pass and a full set up so I hope to take my riding to the next level and you’re videos/Instagram have been killingggg it for me. You and Buckhouse, or even TJ or SPC, should film some sick content and make it exclusive to your channel. Hopefully you see some exponential audience growth bro, YEWWW
You should do a vid on when to Ollie and when to pop
What is a pop? -old dude

I love your teaching method! Such a positive guy.
I could not agree with this more
Mr. Walsh on the filming, what a legend! He hooked it up last year on my trip to keystone, going to hit him up again when I get there in January
Love the video, would love some more in depth explenations of tricks on jumps and rails in the future. So stocked, you're killing it!
Yoooo
Tommie you have taught me so much. I’m still a baby when it comes to the park but your tips and tricks has made me safer and more confident and understanding my comfortability and not being over confident
Love your videos! You have such quick powerful movements especially with spinning - Can you make a video on the workout regimen you use off the mountain to help progress your riding? Thanks!
Anyone else here for class before a full day of riding tomorrow?! Can’t wait
Bruh, this was so well put together. Keep hustlin my dude! You're onto somethin here.
Love the energy and passion for teaching others. This helps a lot. Thank you!
Love this!! An awesome vid specific for someone who's getting into the terrain park!! Legend! I sure hope more people have fun safely in the park and send it like a boss!! Cheers Tommie!
Gave to grandson for Christmas and he loves it. He is just learning to snowboard so he was thrilled with it. Thanks so much.
Very helpful. Especially staying in a stacked position, keeping the chest up, and not reaching for the grab. All things I have never considered 👍 thanks
Let's get it! This tip video is so great Tommie. Your teaching methods are really helping me getting my riding to the next level. Thnx bro✌
Dude. What a fantastic comprehensive video. Really well done bro. Definitely appreciate all these tips. Thank you 👍🏂👊

Every year I set myself a new skill to learn. For 2020 I chose snowboarding, these beginner videos are awesome. Thanks for shooting them. I've set my sights to be competent in time for snowbombing festival 2021
My kids love your channel. They're 8 and 7 so it's hard to stay focused but they find you so funny and you keep them interested and wanting to watch. Keep it up man. You teach them a lot when I'm at work or not able to. Thank you
These vids are so cool and helpfull it makes me feel over confident and I want to go to the mountain and just learn and learn
Fantastic videos Tommie 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳
Tommie and SnowboardProCamp are my goto's in terms of learning how to shred like a pro! Thanks boys, I improved a lot in the last 2 months :D
Quality video man! Cheers
Tommie’s “beginner” version of things are more like “relearning” things as an intermediate or even advanced.
That was awesome, thanks bro
Sick video! Keep up the great content!
Your best video so far! Keep it up!
Dude, i know this video is old but i just wanna say you cover all the snowboarding topics I wanna hear about in the dopest way possible. Literally 10/10 content my dude.
Great video! Just what I needed!
Sick video tommy!
Hey Tommie.. Nice to video. I like the speed of your tutorials. Not too slow like other channels. As a beginner I was a beginner but not dumb. So the tempo is on point
Cant wait to go practice, nice!
I love your video thank you 🙏
Thanks Tommie! I'm heading to I-70 tomorrrow!

Sick video dude! Keep it up and help me pass my cert 3 hahah
Awesome vid! TB! I’m going to try 50/50’s in the park this weekend for the first time & watching this is giving me a mental start🙌🏽
Also watching your style is really inspiring and makes me stoked to get tricky widdit 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
So today I did it! My first ☝🏽 50/50!!!!! Woot woot!! I first tried on a “dance floor” , then I tried a short box!!! So stoked! I made sure my body was stacked and balanced and success!! I bailed when I popped off the first time, but the other times landed and skidded.
I rode solo so I didn’t have someone to film me but next time ! Thanks I will def insta you for feedback.
Thank you so much for you help, vibe and awesomeness ❄️💙🏂
I know this doesn't apply to everyone, but for me skating has helped me a lot with body control.
awesome instructions, thanks
Thanks for the vid, it's very impressed compared to others. :)
THANK YOU
love your riding so much! sooo smooth!
it’s your style, putting aside all the cool park tricks you could do, the combination of relaxed feel, responsiveness, flow, and stable landings, shows many years of riding, and professional training. Wish I could ride like you someday!
What a great video man,i have just one question.how do i know when to ollie or when to pop with both feet? But thanks for this great content and absolutely love your steez
This should be the gold standard for any beginners to get started on doing tricks.
I think the best way to approach the park for the first time is with someone who all ready knows what they are doing there; if that’s an option.
Solid video man.
Also, link for hoodies and ts isn’t working? Says it can’t find the page.
doing your first box successfully is such an awesome feeling
Park stuff
Cool
3:30 that little bit looks fun!
Park City!
Nice work.
Can’t stress how important the eyes not looking down, but at the end of the rail is.
The best park advice I could give any rider is pick a set and hike it. No chair runs, no T bars, no pony tow… just two feet and a heart beat.
I swear he’s going huge on the tiniest little hits, that’s talent lol
Good video
very glad you did this at copper so I know about more side hits haha
I never knew a beginner could do this 4:15 LOL
You go so big! 😯🌈
Great vid!! What do you think the best type of board to use for these tricks, twin or directional, or flex...or doesn't really matter? Of course for someone who knows how to board but looking and getting into park stuff? Thanks so much.
great video! THX! :)
Which snowboard are you using? hmm
Hi Tommie! Great video. Should you always detune a board if starting your journey in the park as a begginer :)?
Make it look so easy
I’m trying to get my freestyle snowboarding 🏂 up!!!
Hi. Great video.
What kind of board you use in this video. ?
Next vid plz- Fs 360 no revert
Thaaasnk uuuu
Great vid btw 👍👌😉
damn.. you are so good. to do 180s and 360s, do I need to learn goofy (I am regular rider)? My progression toward 180s is pretty slow now and I fell once pretty bad trying it and that got me even more fear about turning..
HEYO!!! The Ski Doctor!
Such good foundational info...I've been riding groomers forever and lack a lot of these basic things to do more freestyle. Love your other tip on staying stacked and keeping the shoulders, hips and knees in line. Great stuff!!
Random question...what are the red and black insulated jackets you're rocking in a lot of your vids, are they waterproof, and are they as strong as they look due to not ripping when you're doing all those belly slide tricks?
Thanks and keep up the amazing content!!
legit!
No one:
Tommie: Pretty cool, right?
Hey, thanks for the teaching... What snowboard do you ride?
Great video, great footage and sound advice. At 47 years young and riding since 1998 I have decided to try my hand at Park. My switch riding is sound and hitting mid kickers with indy grabs is no problem. Really want to do more. 50/50 rails would be nice and FS boardslide is the ultimate goal. A video and tips on this would be awsome.. Would also love to pull off a Method.. Best trick ever.. Keep em coming, the vids are a great confidence booster
Awesome video Tommy! Loving the information, vibes and energy you bring!
Quick question for you regarding ollies, when you load the tail do you kind of stamp down with your back foot to use the tail as a springboard and spring into the air or are you just lifting your back leg when the tail is loaded?
Everyone appears to skip over this step.
Personally I stamp down and use the loaded tail as a springboard to leap into the air.
Your thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated!
I’m still learning (aren’t we all) and coming back from a nasty ankle injury.
I’d love to ride with you, any chance you could fly over to Austria in January and shred with me for the week?
I’ll buy you a lift pass 😊
Keep up the great work bro, you’re killing it! 🙌
Tommie Bennett - Thanks for the reply bro! That makes sense.
Let me know where you end up in Austria, I can recommend some awesome places that will blow your mind!
I live in the UK but Austria is where I shred mostly 👌
What's your board and it's size??? In description you gave everything but those....would be great if u explain these as well as stance angles....
Been trying different sizes and angles... still I don't believe I found the sweet spot that works best for me...
Any guidance is highly appreciated
Today was my first time in the park because my brother told me that it was going to be super fun. It was a nightmare. It was icy, steep, it wasn’t wide at all (I could barely turn) and a ton of skiers were going all around my. There were only 2 features I could ride without eating shit. I fell a lot and there are bruises on my knees and on my tailbone bc I don’t have any protective gear for those parts. I did 4 laps and they were all incredibly frustrating. And then my brother made fun of me. My confidence took a massive hit today and I feel so shitty that I don‘t even want to go out of my room rn. I know it can probably be fun, but yeah..
In depth stance guide? May already exist, link if so
in my hometown..gang gang
Tommy.. I notice you cross your arms to initiate the Ollie or pop.
Do you think the ski doctor will come tune my board in Vermont?
Do you do always do a ollie or nollie when you hit the jump?
Great video! You make it look effortless. When I try to press, ollie, or nollie, i feel like my board barely flexes. Any suggestions, thoughts on that? Your board also looks much smaller than mine, and I'm riding a 155 at 5'8".
Some boards are a lot stiffer than others, park boards tend to be more flexible so that you get more pop out of them
Hello.wat camera u using?
How do you choose when you want to ollie or nollie on to or off of a feature? Like is there more appropriate times for each, or does it even matter? The video is awesome btw. I hope to be as good as you guys someday!
Rock on 🤘 Thanks Tommie. I'll be looking out for that video.
When do you know when to commit into the park?
what gloves are those? those the burton free range mitts?
Hey man, are you alright if I use a clip from this video for my art project?
Peep my squad roll up in the tune squad jerseys at 7:07
Yooooo
Peep my squad in the back getting pulled along at 10:31

Ye I was like daaam
Hey what board are you riding in this video. I checked the links but it’s not written in!
That’s copper mountain right
Awesome! When should you pop vs ollie? Also, when I ollie (from a tail press), I jump only from my back leg - is that correct?
@@tommiebennett This is helpful thanks! Can't wait for more vids. Keep em coming
Make/model of snowboard? I can't see it in the gear list. It should be the no 1 thing listed.
How do I grab my board? I can never reach the board for indy grab.
Is this bever creek ??
