A huge tip is wear proper protection because you not only can but will and it's a matter of time. Concussing myself on the big jump line at Breck was 1 step forward and 2 steps back for my progression and confidence on big jumps. I'm trying to remember to have proper speed control because landing to flat is the worst.
I swear I'm accident prone so I definitely wear impact shorts under my snow pants. I hit my shin falling off a rail an holy cow that hurt so bad.

I don’t know why, but the white helmet makes this video seem so much more official😂
I racked my shin on a rail last day of the season this year an it literally dented my bone. 3 weeks out an still tender. Wear protective gear it helps when your starting out in park helps alot!

Two laps a day too little huh? Thought two laps a season was good. ;)
But for real. After practice Ollie off small side hits and such should someone work with small jumps straight air or?? I ask because some say straight air is harder than other simple tricks.
Straight air can be more difficult depending on the jump. Frontside 180's or 360's are better.
@@SugmaDLigmaNutz some people think backside 360s are better because you can see the landing, but I guess it’s just personal preference
That second park etiquette hit me hard. I've been snowboarding for a year and while im pretty good at carving and turning but i just started going on the park. I went on a rail and a skier got in my landing zone and i fell back down and hurt my tailbone so bad it hurts to sit down.
