Chagi | Cauliflower Buffalo Bites

  • Ingredients
    • 3/4 cup Flour
    • 3/4 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
    • 1/4 cup Water
    • 2 tsp. Garlic powder
    • 2 tsp. Paprika
    • 1 tsp. Salt
    • 1/4 tsp. Black pepper
    • 1 head Cauliflower, medium
    • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
    • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
    • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
    Directions
    Preheat oven to 350ºF.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, almond milk, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
    Place cauliflower florets in the mixture and toss until florets are well coated.
    Once coated, roll florets in panko breadcrumbs.
    Place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
    While the florets are baking, combine buffalo sauce and olive oil in a small mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
    Pour buffalo sauce over the cooked florets and toss until they are well coated. Bake for another 20 minutes.
    Serve and enjoy.
