Anna Knowledge full but missed about Leiden-Frost effect - when liquid nitrogen come to contact to skin(hotter then boiling point of liquid nitrogen) it forms layer of vapour between the skin and liquid nitrogen drops so it does feel like frost-bite it takes time to do so.
Leiden-Frost effect is simple when the liquid comes to contact with a surface hotter than the boiling point of the liquid it forms a layer of vapour around them which further provides rapid vapourization. Example: if you sprinkle water on a hot pan it bounces and levitates for some time with a micron gap between pan and water droplet 💧.
But other information or true it expands like crazy when vapourises
