- Afghanistan is in a dire humanitarian crisis. Around 97 percent of Afghans live in poverty, while 28 million need aid just to survive. Since returning to power in 2021, the Taliban has banned women from working.
The UN says that's unacceptable and threatens aid delivery. It's reconsidering its Kabul mission's future. So what's next for the Afghan people?

The future of Afghanistan aid should be funded by primarily Muslim countries like UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
Dollars and Euros are haram in Islam . Go to your own mosque in Afghanistan and pray to almighty to get money . Don't disturb others .

What’s disturbing is seeing so many countries who invested so many years in Afghanistan disappear and leave behind sanctions and refuse aid to innocent civilians caught in this blunder

@@mansour9790 right now the Taliban still slightly loosen their very strict Sharia law to Afghan women because they want the world to recognize then as a country like any other countries. Once they successfully doing so(which impossible for them) they definately 100% bring the strict Sharia Law applies to womans and girls again like the 90s. Beside right now girls can still go to primary school and female students can still study in university but they cant have a job after they graduate, the secondary school and highschool girls however, cant come back to school

Qatar is giving a lot of humanitarian aid to Afghanistan and acting as a go between for the US in dealing with the new government there.

@@deidresable Good point! The hands of Gulf Arabs isn't aren't completely clean, but it was first and foremost the US that invaded Afghanistan and left it impoverished, not Gulf Arabs. But it is also the US that is bearing most of the cost of the humanitarian aid that is saving Afghanistan from famine.

Spot on comment re Aljazeera. Doha got all the publicity for being the negotiation country and now they are not as visible as before. Besides they are extremely wealthy nation who could alleviate hunger almost immediately

I don't expect that greater UN pressure on women's rights will sway the Taliban on that issue. Only time and cultural evolution will. A more important, more tractable problem, to my mind, is the disenfranchisement of Afghan minorities. Give a minority its due right to participation in governance, and the rights of its women will immediately be better protected.

India demand full detail from UN how much money spent in afganistan and price of every product...UN approache india main country to serve as UN health for future programmes...but india demand stictly full data and money spent in afganistan in 23 yrs....and if india serve then india provide full detail and every cost spent in afganistan.....india says that UN fund alot but money is misuse by its officers and corruption occure.....india also said that we will send own madi in india medicine,equipments,and other facility in afganistan in lowest cost as UN spent in high cost......but there is no answer till now from UN.....
