OK until u find out the service charge and ground rent and water.
annie jones they seem to keep that quiet till you are hooked. If they told you at the beginning you would turn round straight away.
We had one in Yorkshire gas bills while renting were unbelievable prices and but if you're going to rent rent to help with the bills site water and so on you have to change every seven years at least and when you change the van you own is worth a lot less and I do mean a lot less.
So you have to buy another van of course this is how they make their money but it's not in your interest I'm afraid
