Beautiful, awesome and that place was amazing to see and watch you all on the bamboo or whatever roller coaster at Eco park 😂😂😂😂The last ride that Nicole was freaking out over I would have done the same!!! I could tell it was a scary one. It reminded me a little of spinning in one of those Ferris wheel cages. Although the swing didn’t spin, it went up hella high with a lot of force!!! It would of taken the breath out of me too. Felt for her 😊 Beautiful location!! The girls had a blast, great getaway 👍👍👍Fantastic video!!!! Im going to watch it again, the Eco park experience 😂It was definitely the highlight 😀 Thanks for sharing!! Really good you show most everything 👍😊

It's amazing how tall those palm trees 🌴 get considering the typhoons they get. You know what's funny Corey? Every time you ask your wife if she is ready, she says she's always ready and if you don't ask her and you start walking to the car she will say, I'm not ready. It cracks me up every time 😅

My GF and I intend to do a little traveling once I get settled. But our base will most likely be Southern Leyte as this is where the GF family lives. Maybe before long my GF and I can meet you for lunch. One of the good things about the Philippines, most places are just a short flight away. Trucks after trucks of sugarcane, used to have them when I was a kid. Buy it from the side of the street, they remove the skin and you chew away (just the juice)

well that was a fun video,, for the little kids and the big kids ..that sled was cool,, all natural materials . i love the way philippinos use things that westerners would call "crap" and come up with a way to not waste anything .. bamboo sleds with coconut leaf branches as the track..in western countrys ,, all that would have been made from metal..

Our vacation home is going to be built in that same area. We already have a beautiful beach lot just outside of Bayawan. This area will continue to grow and hopefully get a few more restaurants and stores. If they could get a proper port it would be great.

That giant web looks fun!😂It should be sturdy, no need to be scared. Judging by the ropes used and how may post it has, it could carry an SUV. And yes its supposed to be shaky , webs are made that way, that's how the spider know that a prey has been caught in it.
My GF goes to college there in Bayawan. Hope we can go to that resort soon. Gotta watch out for those jellyfish they can sting bad it happened to my mom before swimming in Cebu.

Good to take a few weeks off a few times a year I usually take 3 to 5 months off a year and only work about 20 hours a week Life is for enjoyment, not the rat race.
Great video. Looks like a fun park to visit when I get out that way. It also looks like there is a lot of interesting nature-type places to visit in this area. I wonder if they know the weight limit for that high swing? Some guys might exceed that limit--I sure wouldn't want to have any of those ropes break if I was on it.

You're home building , budget and real estate videos were great and by the views very successful . There is nothing wrong with your newer ones but I think you are in a crowded market . Would love to see you do more building and property ones . Any plans on revisiting those types of videos ? PS so true what you say about feeding a Filipina wife .
The market, I’m in, is actually not even close to crowded. Analytics show that it could use twice as many channels. There’s more viewers looking for this type of content than there is people producing it. As far as the housebuilding, I knew when I did those that they would get views, but not subscribers. Because those people are only interested in construction and do not stick around to actually care about the creators. We will be doing an addition soon, so that will be part of the channel, but only a small section of it because it’s a very very limited, and such a small amount of room for growth in that direction.

Good to take a few weeks off a few times a year I usually take 3 to 5 months off a year and only work about 20 hours a week Life is for enjoyment, not the rat race.

Great video. Looks like a fun park to visit when I get out that way. It also looks like there is a lot of interesting nature-type places to visit in this area. I wonder if they know the weight limit for that high swing? Some guys might exceed that limit--I sure wouldn't want to have any of those ropes break if I was on it.
Make sure to visit the Monkey sanctuary near by as well. We did a video there last year and loved it.

You're home building , budget and real estate videos were great and by the views very successful . There is nothing wrong with your newer ones but I think you are in a crowded market . Would love to see you do more building and property ones . Any plans on revisiting those types of videos ? PS so true what you say about feeding a Filipina wife .
The market, I’m in, is actually not even close to crowded. Analytics show that it could use twice as many channels. There’s more viewers looking for this type of content than there is people producing it. As far as the housebuilding, I knew when I did those that they would get views, but not subscribers. Because those people are only interested in construction and do not stick around to actually care about the creators. We will be doing an addition soon, so that will be part of the channel, but only a small section of it because it’s a very very limited, and such a small amount of room for growth in that direction.
