One time I was in a crisis and I didn’t know what to do except pray. Then everything I needed to do, each step of the way, with every detail, which would take me minutes to explain and write out…. washed over me at once, complete in form.
With this logic, please explain the account of Cornelius. He was a Gentile and God heard his prayers. I would be interested to know if you are saying those in denominations do not have access to God, and does not hear their prayer? In this survey who did he survey? I assume, being a skeptic he asked all kinds of "religious" people, from various denominations? Were people only members of the churches of Christ not denominational christians? It sounds like you are saying, God only hears prayers from people in the "churches of Christ? But the survey would debunk that, unless that man only asked people in the churches of Christ? I have a friend who is a member of the assemblies of God and I tell ya what every single prayer that woman prays comes into being...fluke? When I pray (member of the church of Christ) I feel like mine are often not answered the way I request (family members to return to the Lord, husband before faithful) Maybe I am actually the one who does not have access to God?
