homemade garlic breadsticks and dinner rolls - better than Olive Garden

INGREDIENTS:
Dough ingredients:
* 1250 g / 8 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup sugar (substitute with 3 tbsp preferred sweetener)
* 1 egg at room temperature
* 1 tbsp salt
* 1 tbsp yeast
* 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
* 1/2 tsp granulated garlic
* 750 ml / 3 cups + 1/8 cup lukewarm water
Garlic herb Parmesan mix
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* Pinch of crushed black pepper
* 2 tbsp unsalted butter
* 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
** bake bread sticks for 22 mins at 350 °F, and bake bread rolls for 20 mins at 350°F, and lower heat to 285°F, and bake an additional 20 mins.**

No doubt that these breadsticks look great, but you can't put the competition out of business when this video shows them how to make it.
My husband is a big lover of garlic sticks. I enjoy them as well, I wish they were more suitable for my diet in losing fat... But once in a while O love to have them. That was so sweet of you to do that for your daughter. We would do anything for our kids 💖😘

Greetings to you, I wanted to SEE how you made Garlic breads, ever since I were a kid, I love Garlic breads. The doctor said over 20 years ago, I must always anything Brown, So, when I am getting ready to make it, I will make it with brown floors, Butter is Ancient to me. 20 years plus. Probably will try again, don't count on it. I prefer to USE Coconut oil. Later, I plan to visit Arizona, to SEE the Stars picking or shooting stars; however, probably will visit Utah?
I eat a lot of rye bread it helps with my weight loss diet, would like a recipe on that. Also would love a garlic broccoli and chicken recipe!!! Love your videos your steak and pepper recipe was AMAZING

This is a rather large amount to make for my small family. Can you take 1/2 the dough and pop in the freezer for another meal another day? Or even for Thanksgiving, can you prep any of it a day ahead and just bake the day of? This looks so delicious!
