Can-am Ryker and Honda XR650L - Wife and Husband Ride Together for the first time

- My wife and I take our first ride together. My wife is riding the Can-am Ryker Rally Edition and I am riding a Honda XR650L dual sport motorcycle. We are using multiple cameras so you can see our point of view. A lot of beautiful scenery in the video including lakes, ponds, old barns, and some really nice country roads.

Great ride! Love the lakes and old barns.
Thank you. It is one of our favorite areas to ride. A lot of old barns and really nice farmland in the area. Very peaceful. The ultimate wind therapy.
Great job Mark! Great scenery and camera angles. I love that you and your wife ride together! She is so cute!! I wish my hubby would ride with me!! Plus it makes for better content to have more than one person in the video. I also love old barns and homes. I like to imagine what they were like when new and full of life! Well done.
Thank you. I am glad that you enjoyed the video. I have a thing for old barns lol. I think they are beautiful. I think with a little persuasion you can get your husband to ride. What kind of motorcycle would he want? I like the multiple cameras also but they are a nightmare to edit.
@@budyser365 My husband is anti bikes (period). He won't even sit on my bike! It's ok, I have met tons of great people to ride with and sometimes it's nice to have separate interests. As far as multiple cameras, I have watched videos on how to pair them etc. Viewers have no idea how hard it can be. That's why I got the rider scan mirror, it gives my viewers a chance to see me while riding, without all the additional editing! ps I love how sweet you are to your wife!! Get her some pink decals on the bike!!!!
@@RykerRydes Sorry to hear that your husband is antibike. I know what you mean about separate interests. I look forward to alone time sometimes just to clear my mind even though I do love my wife. CZcams is a lot of work as you know. A lot of people don't know how much work it is to make a video. This video took me about 6 hours to edit and add voice. Plus you have filming and camera set up time. A twelve minute video can take up to ten hours total time. It is something that I enjoy though and I love interacting with everyone. The interaction is what I really love. I try to be good to my wife. She truly is the most loving and kind person that I ever met. I don't know what I would do without her. Thank you for the comments. I always look forward to your comments and perspective.

Thanks Bill. The next video is a duel camera video also. I am glad that you liked it. We feel like kids again. We want to explore the valley more. A lot more adventures await us. I am so glad that we bought the Honda. We got a great deal on it.

I have a hard time sometimes avoiding the potholes. Sometimes you have to pick if you want the back tire or front one to hit. I sometimes forget when I am driving my car that I can make them go under me lol. I am glad that you enjoyed the multiple cameras. I am trying to do something different than everyone else making vids.

What a fantastic ryde out. The different perspectives gave a great feel to the video. I was gripped from start to finish. I love old American barns. Thank you George. We are having a great time riding together. This is a first for both of us. It brings something different to the channel also. Just a real pain to edit but totally worth it in the end. I am glad that you enjoyed the ride and different camera views. There is just something about old barns that I really like. They connect with me. The music is always hard to pick out. Not a lot of good free stuff out there. I go through 100 songs before deciding sometimes lol.
budyser365 It did look like you guys were having a great day. I know what you mean about choosing music and taking the time certainly paid off, great choice. It’s so cool that you can go on ride outs together it makes for a good day out and, as you say, it adds another dimension to the video. The lake was beautiful too, a lovely spot to be able to experience together on a ride. 👌🏻
Nice video. I really enjoy riding with my wife. She has a Spyder f3 but started out on the Ryker. If you haven't gotten comms yet I highly recommend it. Makes communicating a lot easier.

Show some Pink and still be a man. Haha. Your wife may have to give us some commentary. What's her perspective now ? You like the wind, how about her? Windshield in order or just add a little pink? So Happy for both of you.
Thanks Tom. I am glad that you enjoyed it. We are having tons of fun. I may add a 3rd wheel accent decal in pink for her. I made all the decals that you see on the Ryker. I have a pink dress shirt for work that I wear. You know what they say, real men wear pink lol. We love the wind. I don't think a windshield is necessary because we rarely ride on the highway. We mainly ride in the country and on the mountain. The more open feel is nice. A windshield does make a huge difference on the highway though.
I love the scenery and the two perspectives. Looks like she was enjoying herself. I love the nice peaceful ride. The music is very fitting. For some reason it reminds me of the game Dark Cloud 2. (Don't know if you ever played it.)
Thank you. I like the 2 perspectives also but they are a pain to edit. I am glad that you liked the music. It is so hard to find a good unlicensed track. I haven't tried Dark Cloud 2 but I like most of the games that you do so I might have to give it a shot.

I am glad you enjoyed the vlog. My wife doesn't want to ride on the back anymore. I don't think that I am getting the Ryker back lol. If you see pink on it, I am done for. Honestly, this is the best thing that could have happened to us. It is so much fun riding together.
@@budyser365 Beautiful views what part of the states are you in ?..was thinking about buying a Spyder but am now considering maybe 2 900 Rykers if i can get them at the right price here in New Zealand one pink and one blue would be awesome..but will have to see how finances go
@@laserracer6 We are around Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania. That would be the easiest landmark for you to find. A lot of great areas to ride in. You can easily go from country riding to city riding.
