@tampatec , thank you ! I took it apart and the HDMI was totally unplugged! However the first player buttons do not work! is there anything I can do ?
Any idea what screen upgrade options there are for the Atgames Legends Ultimate? Lots of people doing the arcade 1up but not one video on the ALU.
Any pointers on what to do if I've lost my controls and no connections are loose? I can even hold the buttons down to bring up the factory restore screen, so I'm not sure why my controls arent working on the main menu. I can navigate when a USB keyboard or controller are installed but not with my joysticks. I was thinking maybe it had to do with bluetooth controls although I've never connected any. The bluetooth doesn't give me the option to turn it off in the menu. Thanks for any insight.

Hi just bought the ultimate, everything fine but marquee not lighting up any ideas. Am i missing something.
Hello. I recently purchased another Legends Ultimate. I’m a having an issue, the speakers as well as the LED light bar are not working. The light bar has about 1/4 of the LEDs working. When I connect the unit to Bluetooth the sound also does not work. I have made sure that all of the wires coming off the speakers and LED are connected to the board inside the unit. Bottom left behind the screen bezel.
I have one of these that gets stuck on the boot up any ideas!
I just purchased mine 3 days ago, put everything together, but when I turn it on, it says no signal even though everything is connected. What can I do?

Is there ever an issue with the power cords? I bought mine from an auction house. I'm pretty sure the box was never opened, but I can't get any power

I have a question I am dealing with a headache I hope you can help me i bought the Tekken 3 arcade and I'm getting a no signal on my monitor it worked fine for the first day i got it then the problems started I changed the VGA converter board put a new one in same result I put a new VGA adapter board and same result I thought it was a power supply took the power supply out I tried it against my Pandora's box works fine the only other thing I could think it could be would be either the monitor or the main board sometimes it will show a picture then it goes back to no signal and then other times it won't come up at all at the beginning it shows the acer load up screen and the Chinese writing then it goes to a no signal screen instantly sometimes its a blue screen I'm at loss for what it could be unless its just a signal issue between the monitor and board I have had the same issue when I built a rasberry pi 4 system in a arcade cabinet what do you think it could be I would appreciate any help thanks
I’m having problems with the buttons . The joysticks just scroll . Nearly impossible to type anything in or select something . Also when I start up the Bluetooth trying to pair problem .
bought it at a local place, stuck on the sign in to Arcadenet and does nothing, wont reset! help please
I’m confused when I power up the legends ultimate the 2 blue tooth’s display on the end right erea nothing works on control panel at all

I have no power button light. What do I need??
I got mine, had a button issue which I fixed but wondering if you are having any issues with a wired ethernet connection. Wifi works and Ethernet does too but Ethernet seems to not be connecting at the full bandwidth. I tested the cable and connection with a laptop and that pulls 500 mbps down but testing the connection on the Legends Ultimate, I barely get 1mbps. I rechecked the connections. Any ideas?
I have no issues with mine, try
1. reset your router, unplug power cord for 1 minute.
2. also if your cable is longer than 30ft you need a repeater.
3. Swap out your cable for new cat5 or better cat6 shielded cable.
4. Check all Ethernet connections from router to back of cabinet, inside back, into control deck and inside control deck into game board. Reseat cable connections. Let me know if that worked.

Yup reset the router and swapped out all the cables to Cat6 shield a while back. Length is only 15 ft. Connection is solid when plugged into a laptop. Just plugged into the ATgames is slow. I'll have to open a ticket.
Alas no power going out to system at all. Switched out the power supply twice, and on button isn’t lighting up, nor is there power coming from the motherboard to the USB hub I set up in back for bitpixel…fml
Any chance you have experience working on the V 1.1 blank screen with no HDMI cable?
Yeah, i also have a black screen . Only the marquee and the power button, arcade/HDMI is lit up

@@christiancullars3888 i got a replacement machine from the seller, but it had a software bug instead that i had to fix by flash 2 files from a USB drive.
The diagnosis diagram is pretty lol.. e.g. doesn't power on? Replace cable and button - guess works great if you fried the mb with a faulty power supply 😂

Just received my unit from sams... no display or sound... just the light up marquee. Help!!! I have power.
Check control deck hdmi connections going to the cabinet and under control deck wood panel.
Tampatec thank you- I was able to get it to work after opening the controller deck (10 screws to open it). Checked all the hdmi connections and it started to work... it is a great system.

How do I get both bluetooth light to stop flashing as it trying to pair. I dont want it to pair to anything.
Did you find a fix? Mine is trying to connect as well not allowing my control panel to work
@@1993pyromaniac yes!!! I connect 2 different phones to the bluetooth then turned off the cabinet turned it back on then updated it. I had to do it a few times over a few days and then it just stopped all together

@@TampaTec it won’t turn on. Ok I’ll be more specific :). I went to turn it on. The marquee blinked for a second and nothing happened. I tried checking a different outlet, opening her up and checking that all connections were secure, which they were, and still nothing. I thought it could be the actual power supply or something on the controller board, but when I bypassed the cabinet and plugged the power directly into the controller board, the power button lit up once again. However still nothing when plugged in the back.
I assume it just be a bad connection in the module that splits the power in the back or a short somewhere between the back power box and the rest of the equipment. But I have no idea, and don’t want to start tampering with things I don’t understand. And at games support has been this far non existent. Only had the thing for 3 months and very light use!
@@TampaTec Any ideas on fixing my frozen screen? After startup my screen freezes on the new version available 5.38.0. Can’t exit nor download. Checked all connections and seems to be ok. I had the 2 blinking lights for awhile but after checking connections no blue flashing lights anymore. What next can I do?
@@evantornquist7673 I believe I've had this problem along with many others online. I had to redo/resolder the connecting wires for my power button. They were very loosely connected from the start. You could also clip the ends of the wires, strip them and try using crimp on quick disconnects to reinstall if you're not able to solder. Double check your connectivity with a multimeter before closing everything back up. Some people say they asked Atgames for a new button but that does you no good if their buttons aren't wired well enough to begin with.
@@tech.noire. thank you! That makes the most sense yet. I’ve narrowed it down to it having something to do with the connections in the back. Either a bad wire or bad connection. Being that it is inconsistent, I’m assuming bad connection. Shame I haven’t soldered anything before. Maybe once about 20 years ago, so I guess it’s time to watch some more CZcams howto videos lol. Thanks again for weighing in!

Incorrect. Connections are coming loose during shipping. A few bad boards in consumer electronics is to be expected.
