    Can you explain a bit more how you manage to the get the quad exhaust fitted did you change the rear bumper to a m3 one or did you modify the m sport bumper.?

  • @TheMrbumpersticker

    My exhaust setup is pretty much the exact same as yours right now, Ive been wanting to go back to the db level of just the muffler delete before I went catless, but keep the tone. pls make a vid if you execute a change in that setup to lower db level. Oh and im also looking to go LSD but all the aftermarket alternatives that will fit direct into the non m e46 are all around 1k which imo is too much to spend for the diff without going full m3 rear.

    • @TenzaMotorsports
      @TenzaMotorsports  Před 4 lety

      If i change the exhaust I will definitely do a video! And yea the diffs are expensive but I could a few for like 600 so I can do a LSD with all new bearings and whatnot for around $1k

    I have an 01 330ci I’m trying to do a quad exhaust setup any idea how much it’s going to cost and I never welded nor do I have a welding machine. If so can you link the exhaust top and the pipes to use, and I did nothing to the exhaust it’s stock.

    • @TenzaMotorsports
      @TenzaMotorsports  Před 4 lety

      My exhaust tips aren’t sold anymore. eBay or amazon search “duel exhaust tips” the piping is just standard 3.5” pipe.

    was there no secondary spot for the battery in the engine compartment in your car? for my 04 M3 you can kinda relocate the battery to the front where the ABS module would be for the earlier models (01-03) M3's. and you may wanna opt in for a light weight smaller battery too since race car LOL.

    • @TenzaMotorsports
      @TenzaMotorsports  Před 4 lety

      erickrayos there is a spot in the front. But I kind of filled it up with stuff. I also didn’t wanna put more weight up front. I have a few ideas

      Relocate your battery to the trunk area of your car.
      What brand of oil are you running ? Certainly not Royal Purple ?

    • @TenzaMotorsports
      @TenzaMotorsports  Před 4 lety

      It's already in the trunk. I just need to find out somewhere else in the trunk to put it. I also might do a lightweight battery next go around since mine is starting to get old.
      The car is currently running Royal Purple

    I've got a question. What kind of control arms are you using on the front of your BMW

      Bmw replacement arms with upgraded z4 bushings

    Hey is that a M3 rear bumper and diffuser with your exhaust setup?

  • @Moezer
    @Moezer Před 4 lety +1

    Not sure about that big diffuser and how well its gonna function as when those big diffusers are on race cars or what not the whole bottom on the car is covered so theres no wind drag.
    As for ur exhaust both of the muffler lookalike are resonators. Remember ur running a supercharger if u limit the exit air flow ur gonna restrict the air flow witch causes back pressure and heat build up, I would remove the center resonator and put a straight threw muffler that would lessen the exhaust sound and keep air flow constant

    • @TenzaMotorsports
      @TenzaMotorsports  Před 4 lety +1

      There are lots of cars that don’t have flat bottoms but still have functional diffusers on them. It’s not absolutely necessary, Preferably yes. necessary, no. The exhaust will have more back pressure than it does now, but less than it did stock when im done making it quieter.

      I looked into doing that. I haven't made up my mind yet. Plus my money has been going to testing oils, so it might be awhile before I do a LSD.

      @@TenzaMotorsports on both my bmws 2005 x5 4.4 I use pennzoil along with my 2013 x6m same oil. And on my 2002 e46 m3 I use Lucas 10/60
      Iv used pennzoil on most of my cars I find it, it cleans the engine pretty good
