I am glad that I decided to look up your channel today ☺ I have experienced a shift in my life and my personality as well. YAHWEH ELOHIM has been with me during this shift from blinding selfish self centeredness to thinking of putting other people first especially my husband! So I understand the importance to shift from my negative comfort zone to shifting my mind set to accept putting other people first and foremost 🙂👑👑👑
As we age we go though certain phases in life which allow us to continue to mature. Mentally health is everything I preach it all the time because growing up (especially in black families) we didn’t talk about mental health. Loving self is the most important thing. If you cannot take of yourself how in the heck can you take of someone else. 🙏
