I'm such an anxious rider in dusty and loose conditions so this track looks like my absolute nightmare :D Even more astonishing how they just casually ride it down with insane speeds.
I dont know were are you from but riders like me who leave here in Andorra ans Spain, we are exactly the same but in the wet, this conditions are normal conditions for us.
@@polriberamtb1095 So true! It's what you're used that is easy. We're used to mud along with wet leaves, roots and rocks. I have those dialed but dry conditions like these really slow me down. The pros make it look easy either way!
@@polriberamtb1095 what tires work best in these conditions?
That is all we have in Southern California. lol.
@@gregsurat3734 Loose over hardpack tires. Depending on brand, you can just look up that category of tire.
Danny Hart looking absolutely pinned, could be the danger man.
Amazing video as usual, thank you John
The raw footage is great and the editing is magnetic! These guys & girls are impressive, and even more so the junior ones
wow the section around 8:00 mark is awesome!!! Some riders are very loose,2 wheel dusty drift is insane at those speeds.
I love how smooth Finn's line was with the help of his skills and bike setup @11:22 so smooth
Jackson and Gwinny looked so smooth..
It's incredible how damn fast Jackson is.
John Lawler knows, how to film a mountainbike race.
Is it me or are there some real fast sections on that track. Now I know why Gwin, Dooley and Pinkerton had great qualifying runs. The loose and dry conditions are the norm for So Cal riding / racing those guys know those conditions well:)
Gwin might just flick that switch in his brain and take the win I think. No reason why he can't at this point, its the kinda track that he would find a few inside lines that no one else does.
Lawler is the real danger man here, he's on fire!
4:23 Poor lad in that Continental Nukeproof kit looks like he's wearing briefs and knee socks from behind. Whoever came up with that design is an evil genius.
man this track is fast, stoked for the race tomorrow!
Difficult to tell who is quick.... as they all look quick! You'd say this track has Pierron's name all over it but Finn and Bruni look the smoothest to me, so they are my picks.
after the race I can tell you that it was absolutely not pierron's track but it was finn iles' and bruni's track! (and vergier's track)
Cheers from Honduras mates!
Hey Vital MTB! What video gear you use for this videos?
Vital is always the best!
Whoever that was in the all red suit has got good timing in those whoops before the bridge.
Gwin is a socal legend so I'm always rooting for him but I always want Fairclough to take it because I love the way he rides.
Braaaapnord!
This track is insane
lets go baby
So much control is such loose conditions... how do they do it??
First Man in the room booooom!
Thats really fast ever
All the dust is making me cough
🤘🤘🤘👍❤
Chris Grice is finally up to pace!!! P27 in qualies!
The Filmers and Photographers are very unlucky because the lens gets full with dust that sucks!!!
Help me out with plate colors. What is yellow?
green - junior men
pink - women
white - men
yellow - ??? maybe national champion?
we had this question on our site too and it seems like yellow is team leader plate color (why so many commencal mucoff riders have them)
03:11 sick flow bro. Who is he?
A tiny person on a Santa Cruz bike with a number 1 plate, who could it be?🤣🤣🤣
Believe that could be Goldstone
@@wolverinetactical8799 thanks
@@quitemountainous2528clearly not you
Super fast, super dusty !.
Finn to Win, me thinks...
Sometimes I wish they would put their names on their butts so I could see who it was!! 😂
That's why they have numbers on the front of their bikes?
@@quitemountainous2528 but the numbers change every week, and there are 4 different race divisions, so...
