Welcome back :) A bit late, I know
It’s all good Dashcam !!!!
No problem❤
That's ok. We wait for you!
Perfect timing for me.
You are never late. You da Boss.
I've seen some wild "who do you think is at fault" clips, but asking that on getting t-boned by a red light runner is on another level.
“The person was stabbed to death with a knife by a killer, who do you think is at fault here?”
“I kicked a puppy. Who do you think is at fault here?”

0:45 - Doesn't matter who the owner is. Contact your insurance and have them open a claim against their insurance. You have video evidence of everything.
Damn straight
It can matter. They could be an excluded driver. But like you said, open a claim. Hire a lawyer if you need. Unless that car was reported as stolen you’ve got a valid claim against the owner.
File as a hit and run with your insurance. Insurance is the first to hand you out to dry like a flag on a pole.
If the driver is unlisted, which is probably the case here, then it’s unlikely they’ll get anywhere with their own insurance. Cammer is better off going through their own insurance and making an uninsured motorist claim.
that's only gonna work if they have comprehensive with uninsured motorist coverage. If they're only carrying liability on their car their insurance won't lift a finger

LoL; Yep!
Fred Flintstone reverse feet had me laughing!
the rider parked too close to the pickup, who didn't know he was behind them.
#3 This is why as a motorcyclist you never sit directly behind a car, you can be killed very easily by a distracted driver crushing you between them and the car in front of you. Sit on the inside of the lane line so the car in front of you can see you in the side mirrors. And it gives you an easy out if someone comes in fast from behind
Also DON'T paly with your watch when driving. Find a parking lot to check your messages
Preach
More importantly this is why you never sit directly behind a truck or van or anything where the direct view out the back is obstructed. They can't see you. When riding remember this simple rule, if you can't see their face they definitely cannot see you. It's best to keep to one side or the other where you can be seen in their side view mirror
I don't understand what happened. He pointed out the bus, made a reference to reversing(?) but did nothing. What was supposed to be happening in that clip?
@@heathernks8 Traffic in front of the bike had to reverse to give the bus room to turn right. The bike stopped in the truck’s blind spot and almost paid the price.

Why do some idiots think using the horn is smarter than using the brakes

The knee-jerk reflex is a simple reflex arc that occurs at the level of the spinal cord; in other words, the associated movement occurs without the involvement of the brain.

Some people are such A-holes they would hit you over the slightest offense, like taking too long to accelerate.
#1 left the scene and now he gets no insurance money 😂
This is the comment I came to find. Why'd you run, #1? Just get further off the road than the guy that hit you did and stop. exchange info, and be on your way or call the police to see if they'd like to come (they're short-handed these days so response times for fender-benders can be hours).
Living in Vegas, we see some crazy things, and I might be antsy about stopping to do it in some neighborhoods at some hours of the day, but there is still a law that you MUST stop and exchange info. And that's a very busy airport road--feels like a relatively safe place to stop. So... why did you not?
Thanks for mentioning it. There's been like a million comments already and no one is talking about cammer just fleeing the scene for no reason.
The cammer was on the left side of the lane and then lightly swerved to the right to block them. Unless you are expecting them to try something, why would you be looking to see if someone is going to go around you.
The Hyundai driver had not fully gotten out of the car before the cammer started to reverse in order to take off.
I'd be surprised is there was not something that happened between them before the video started.

Hmm, I'm not sure. We're gonna need Sherlock Holmes for that one 🙄
"They start to notice at 15 mph over". In 1983 I was tooling along I-90 W between Mass and Albany when I saw a guy broken down on the shoulder. I pulled over and asked if he needed help, and offered him a ride to the next exit. Not too long later, I saw a trooper in the median. I was doing 65 (in the time of the 55) and I lifted off the gas. My passenger remarked, "I'm a state trooper, you can drive as fast as you want, and they won't look at you unless you're 9 mph over." A moment later, the Escort radar detector lit up as I was doing 60 mph. My passenger said, "I didn't know those things worked!". But lesson learned, 79 in a 70 is no problemo, and these days maybe it's 85 in a 70. So stay in the right lane, get a radar detector, and keep the speed reasonable.
I had heard that rule of thumb as well. I also think you are more likely to be noticed if you are in the left lane, especially if you don't need to be. I now stay at 5 mph or less in the rightmost lane whenever possible. I've found out it is not as stressful and I don't have to deal with as many aggressive drivers. No matter how fast you're going in the fast lane, there's someone who wants to go faster. From my right lane vantage point I see a number of people going 85+ and running up slower drivers' butts.
Our county sheriff cars don't typically pull you over unless you're around 15 over. I've passed Florida State Troopers at 80 in a 70 quite a few times without an issue but one day I was doing 81 when I spotted one. I was in the right lane and he pulled over the car next to me who was barely creeping past me, I'm guessing going around 82-83 tops. I guess I learned the threshold at that guy's expense, or maybe I was saved only because he was going a little over.
For the most part though I agree that if you're not passing other cars or weaving in/out, they usually won't bother you. They are looking for aggressive, erratic or dangerous drivers more so than just writing tickets for moderate speeders.
#13 if you have to ask others as to who's at fault. You shouldn't be driving

6:35 looks like the truck had a green turn arrow that turned yellow the box truck going straight ran a red light then the cammer failed to yield. The only non dumbass in this clip is the white truck.
Correct -- the cammer was in the far left lane to turn left, with the center and right lanes going straight. The "dog-house" signal light they were facing had a single red centered at top with a yellow left-turn arrow and green left-turn arrow below it on the left half and a yellow full light and green full light below it on the right half. The full green was lit (as was the right-lane light) but the left-turn green arrow was not. This means the straight-ahead lanes could go, but the left-turner can go only when clear, i.e., without the green arrow it's a non-protected left turn. It does appear that the white truck made the protected turn through a yellow arrow; the oncoming box truck ran a red; and the cammer made an unprotected left in front of opposing traffic that was probably surprised by the box truck and luckily were stopped trying to figure out what the heck everyone else was doing!
hey are you OK? proceeds to drive off and says oh my god.
13. is this suppose to be a trick question..? 5:29
6:41 2 in 1! Good job!
5:28 - i realize your son had the green light and the other guy was clearly at fault, but it just shows the importance of being aware of your surroundings especially when entering an intersection. right of way means nothing if you're dead.
