Nothing in my life ever, EVER has compelled me to get out of my car and confront another driver on a highway. No transgression has been bad enough to make me risk my own life and safety in such a way. People are wild.

I did it one time and one time only, but it was a fairly desolate 2 lane mountain highway, and the car in front me was doing almost 20 under... no bad conditions or other traffic... I rode close and flashed my high beams a few times. Finally got sick of it and passed him and he immediately hit me with his high beams and left them on. I stopped and got out in the middle of the road... I doubt he's ever reversed away from someone that fast in his life. Afterwards after not seeing red, I couldn't believe I had done it... good way to end up shot or stabbed in the middle of the road.

Yeah, it was ridiculous. Common courtesy has been waning a lot in Ontario, esp in the GTA. So many people either forgot how to be nice, or were simply never taught.
#4 looks like a propane tank popped it's pressure relief valve... nothing to worry about, as it closes once pressure is reduced.
#1 ask a traffic engineer whether it's better to merge early or late. They'll tell you a late zipper merge flows best. Blocking people from late merging only creates situations like this and slows the traffic further.

0:01 first clip. C'mon man. The dashcam driver sees from a good distance the black car's direction indicator and the black car has space to move to the other lane. And the dashcam just keeps driving. Just let your car roling and give people space. You'll be standing still in about a few meters anyway couse there is a traffic jam. This road rage wasn't necesarry. You achive more when you respect other drivers. Mistakes or not. Just stay calm and stay safe.

It's so bad, I had someone who wanted to make a right turn but was going 45 up until maybe 80 ft before the turn. They braked so hard tires smoked. I could have made my turn so much earlier if they used a signal and actually drove like a normal person
Yeah I only got pissed and yelled cause she had her phone in her hand, staring at it or talking on it, and then flipped me off when I honked after she was just sitting there. She had been driving like a crackhead a minute before just to get in front of me before the lanes split.

1. You need to chill, the traffic is slow and being a douchebag won't get you home any faster. Letting in a few cars won't be the end of the world.
That is 80% of the drivers here in Ontario. No one allows anyone to get in front of them. They purposely cause people like myself, to miss exits. I do not drive far on the highways now because of these drivers.

ok, that first one, the guy merging was in front of him, the dash cam guy knew he had to get over. he was the ass in this situation. but the other guy made it worse by just stopping, he should of just kept going.

This wasn't really Scarborough nor was it necessarily a Scarborough driver. This was a section of the 401 that extends across all of southern Ontario. People from all over use the highway to get to destinations and many times are just passing through. This guy could have been from anywhere. You are ignorant to label all of Scarborough because of what happens on a small section of the 401 passing through it.
Sad when a once safe and harmonious community (Toronto) is overrun by third worlders and their "culture".

I’ve driven in most major urban centers in the US and Canada and I would rank the GTA #2 behind New York City as the absolute worst. I would take Los Angeles every day of the week over Toronto.

It is part of the 401 that happens to pass through this part of Toronto. People from everywhere drive along that stretch of the highway. It could have been a person from Whitby going to Mississauga or Niagara Falls and not have anything to do with Scarborough. You don't seem to know what you are talking about.

No, the cammer was established in his lane. The civic was half way in, half way out of cammers lane. The civic would be cited for unsafe lane change. He didnt zipper merge properly. After the car in front of him got over, he should have waited until cammer passed him and then attempt to move over. One car at a time is supposed to merge. Not multiples.

If you watch closely you can see the cammer actually drive into the merging car. When traffic starts moving again ahead of them and the Honda starts to pull forward and straighten out the cammer rolls up a bit so the as the back end of the Honda swings around it hits the front bumper of the camera car.
Cammer in that video is such a dweeb.

Not too familiar with your neck of the woods, but look for one near a liquor store, semi-sketchy part of town, with store front windows that are blacked out with a bright red neon light that says “ SPA”. Would be a good place to start. If it says “ CHINA SPA”, even better. Cheers!

If you don't want 2 cars merging in front of you where a lane is ending, pay attention and don't leave 4 car lengths between yourself and the car in front of you. Civic was already merging when you decided to run up on them and cause the issue. Also it sounds like you've worn your horn out. You probably use it 10 times a day.

I am sorry the first guy should have let that guy in. I would have been upset too if the guy merged in later than what is shown in the video, but the guy who hit him had lots of time to slow down and let him in as you can see the rear of the vehicle.

At 6:00, the first thing you do is never move your car. Stay blocking their path, take lot pictures, it takes seconds and make sure you document the position of all cars involved. The most important thing is get the drivers plate and face in the pictures. Unless there are certain circumstances that prevent you from getting out I don't understand how someone can be there at the scene but never get out or do anything and then look for help identifying the person.
The number of drivers who just drove on past the merge morons says everything. How are they not embarrassed!!!!!!!😂😂😂

3:13 a similar incident happened to me and my family earlier tonight, when my family was driving to our favorite restaurant to celebrate my Grandmother’s birthday. I (who had the right of way) was turning right on the corner and an SUV from the other side made a left turn in front of my car to beat me to the turn first. That’s how Stupid accidents happen. I’m buying a Dash Cam this weekend.
The moral of this video is “Your signal does not give you the right of way”
