You have to pop the center cap that holds it into place. Look in the video I show how it’s done…

Is the cover flushed to the rim? It looks like it sticks out a bit.

It sticks out a bit because it will protect the outer lip of the rim. Unlike the stock gemini that outer lip of the rim is exposed so it is recessed or flushed. Many of the aftermarket covers will have that look.
