I was at the uscis office some days ago to get a i551 stamp on my passport . The officer asked if I am still married. I told her I am divorced but I have not sent in the divorce decree yet. She asked me to send them as soon as possible. I checked my application the next day and it has been approved. I have not sent the divorce decree yet. Was this approval in error?
Hi sir. Please can u answer my question. I entered ilegally in US from tex border and asked for asyllum but denied and judge deported me. But i went to usa two times with legal student visa back in 2006 2011.i dont know if it means anything. I have 10 year ban since 2016. So if my wife wins green card lottery. is there any chance that i could go to US with my wife.or later or after she enters USA.? Thank u in advance.

Good afternoon Jim can my husband file for me with his green card and when he get his US passport he upgrade the file? He just apply for his passport abt a month ago, or should he wait until he gets his US passport and then file?
