    I haven’t watched these videos in ages. First Seth video back, I just got home from a week in hospital, one of the things that was mentioned is my high resting HR high blood pressure and my hearts grown from both of those things going untreated. Now here he is talking about those exact problems and what he did to fix them 🤯 I’ll take that as sign. Functional fuckable and alive is my new motto. And I’m following your footsteps big guy!     Seth doesn’t know me but I started watching this guy years ago and bloody hell it’s so good to see how successful he is. The quality of this video is top notch and combined with his personality it’s brilliant. I’ve been on my own YT journey and my gym has slipped due to time and energy.     Toes to bar are on point! I've had workouts where you taste blood in the back of your throat, it's awesome! This style of workout is super addictive! I struggled with asthma all my life, and although I was active , it wasn't until I started this style of workout that my asthma went away! I attribute it to how hard you breathe during intense work. It cleared the shit out of my lungs, how cool is that! No more medication!

      This comment right here is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve always followed different ways that Seth has trained because the dude gives top notch advice. I wanted to check out his HIIT/functional and fuckable videos due to I feel Ike as I’m getting older my training consisting of constant heavy/light Hypertrophy has taken a toll on my breathing which I to have asthma. Will start this tomorrow👌🏾

You’ve transformed, I was watching you during that 1-2 year ago phase you said you had high bpm and blood pressure, you were huge but breathed hard, looked slower, but now you’ve got the ideal look and seeing you move like that with those burpees… would be a problem in the UFC😂 Great cardio routine, and love the energy as always!
