Mung bean cake with soft surface | Low fat! Low sugar! Stay soft even it's cold!

    White kidney beans 100 grams, 0:32,
    Mung beans with surface on 250 grams, 0:32,
    • Soak the above ingredients in water for 15 hours. If it's a hot day, we can keep the mung beans in fridge. Soak the white kidney beans till it's soft and remove the surfaces of the beans. And then steam the two kinds of beans well.
    Powdered sugar 80 grams(add it in mung beans and press it into paste, there is not too much sugar. We can add proper amount of it as we like), 1:40,
    Cooked white kidney beans/milk 100 grams/powdered sugar 10 grams, 2:06,
    Yeast 3 grams, 2:35,
    All-purpose flour about 150 grams, 2:46,
    Butter 10 grams(or cooking oil), 3:07,
    • Heat the electrical baking pan with medium low heat all along, bake both sides of the cake till it's colored. In total it will take about 15 mins. Just bake each side for twice.
