So what happened was, I visited my Dietician and had a Body Composition - Muscle, Fat and Body Water - Analysis which came with good results. Compared to my last analysis, I lost weight, improved my muscle mass and fat mass. Lesser kilogram of fat to control down to 1.9kg from 2.1kg and from 5.4kg of the initial assessment. Need to increase water intake but that is an easy part! I am reasonably healthy, Charrr! Though need to confirm with blood works on my follow up!
As my prize of strict cardiac diet in the battle of Hypertension, Pre-Diabetes and High Cholesterol Levels, I deserve a CHEAT DAY! Ahahaha!
In today's Unsalted Series is CHEAT DAY! My another first-time-to-cook recipe. I chose this recipe because it takes time to grill. I need to break-in my new 70L Traditional / Convection Oven from Black + Decker. (Not Promotional / Not Sponsored - But looking forward)

Pork Belly Slab x 4 kilograms
Lemon Grass x as many as you desire
Garlic x as many as you desire
Onion x as many as you desire
Spring Onions x as many as you desire
Laurel Leaves x as many as you desire
Black Pepper x generous amount
Rosemary x generous amount
Soy Sauce x right amount to cover the skin
Olive Oil x right amount to cover the skin
No actual Salt!
