  • My version of Pork Lechon Belly stuffed with herbs, rolled and slow-roasted in the oven to crispy perfection. These pork lechon belly style makes a delicious and impressive addition to any special occasions or family gathering. I hope you give this recipe a try.
    INGREDIENTS :
    - 3kg pork belly slabs
    - 2 teaspoons salt
    - 5 cloves garlic, minced
    - ground black pepper, to taste
    - garlic powder, to taste
    - 1 medium size onion, chopped
    - 1 to 2 stalk of lemon grass ( tanglad )
    - 3 stalks green onion or onion leeks
    - kitchen twine
    - soy sauce

      Tama, kung medyo natutuyo na yung tubig sa ilalim, mainam na lagyan mo para di masunog.

      ​@@37g1ramIwas bukas pa Lagi ng oven po at baka po hindi enough ang init😔sunduin nyo po ang recipe kasi tama naman po. Make sure din po hindi tatama ang hot water sa any part ng belly.

      Kung wala pong lemon grass kahit green onion or onion leeks nalang ang ilagay mo.

      Baka po natuyuan ng tubig yung naka sahod na baking pan sa ilalim. Sa akin po ay hindi naman mausok nung niluto ko sa oven.

      Same time 2 hours in 180 degrees then 1 hours of 200 degrees

      Make sure to pat-dry the pork belly para maiwasan na maging matilamsik kapag lulutuin na sa oven. Pero hindi mo maiiwasan na may konting tilansik, just cleaned your oven after baking to prevent it from rusting.

      Kung yung skin po ay hindi pa gaanong crispy, turn on the broiler for further 10 minutes bantayan mo lang po to make sure it doesn't burn.
