In GoodCritters, players are members of a wild animal gang. After each heist, players try to get the biggest share possible.

It's like Cash n Guns, but without the foam guns, no escaping an opponent's attack if you think you've gotten into a bad situation, and adding in bribes.
Art is solid too, so it seems like a good pick.
You can guard to prevent yourself from being stolen from. The best difference between the games is no player elimination, the worst is no foam guns :\

during setup is optional (this might have been changed later, of course).

Originally tiefe taschen this is a reboot. Goodcritters I think is now out of print. Hoping oink might do a version.
I want to play this at my high school, but I'm concerned about the smoking. I could imagine our principal being upset with the use of tobacco.
If you're not playing with the full complement of players, one way to avoid this is to only select the characters that are not smoking :)
Is that really the most concerning element of a game like this where you play as gangsters? I’d think there were things a bit higher on the concern list.
