Can I be the first to ask for everyone's advice and ask IS there anyway to unblock the engine breather pipe without taking the pipe off, ie:- flush the crankcase with petrol or something else ? If it ran before the tune up then something in that tune up is causing the no start. Did you try the old spark plug? Also some have an oil level switch that will trip and kill spark if the engine isn’t level.what brand of splitter is it?

Put the old spark plug back in. Many so called tune up kits have Chinesium plugs that sometimes won’t fire. Try that first
