Here's a fun fact. Back in the 70's and 80's I was doing a lot of fishing in Ontario Canada. We always stayed at the same camp. Also making it up to Canada to fish were Gary and Matilda Vermeer.. They had their own float plane and would just fly into the camp. The camp owner at the time installed an Avgas bulk tank so they would have fuel for their airplane. They had a pilot and he would stay with the. Matilda was a real firecracker. Really nice unassuming people.

Mike, I knew you wouldn’t regret the mini skid. It is probably the most cranked machine at my farm. I even use it to run my pumps on the off-road tanks since the battery gets a regular charge so that becomes its parking spot. I urge you though and anyone else to wear a back brace while running it. Repeated regular use will cause lumbar vertebrae issues and even gastrointestinal issues if run for a long period. Don’t fret about the tractor. You’ll be glad you have it this winter.

One only has buyers regret when you sacrafice and toil extremely hard for your money and have to purchase wisely. Its easy to try the market when CZcams is funding any mistakes. That is a testament to Mike's enormous committment to build a successful channel but it's diligence more than jard time consuming sacrafice. All loyal watchers have seen just a piece of the immense capital he has put into tools, trucks, and buildings in the last 4-5 years. It's astonishing the cash flow CZcams has produced for him and Melissa. I am never a hater...I think he used a opportunity and ran with it and built a incredibly honest and viable business that has rewarded him with much abundance. Congrats to the Morgan's for that! I always watch and I will always be a fan.

Yes sir...as we all will when retirement comes I quit counting his purchases as I am not privy to much of the behind to scenes dollar values but tallied what numbers he did admit to. Well over $1million spent cashed out for buildings, property, abundance of vehicles, tools, equipment, and Ijave no idea what he has actually saved on top of his CZcams spending. He spent 58 years collecting enough to retireearly and then in a span of roughly 5 years has bought enormous amounts of personal property items. I never hate a go getter or am envious...It's admiring to watch him and his wife totally crush it with the years on him and a few spoils to enjoy. Thats what being retired should be about! It truly couldn't happen to better people. Congrats for his ideas and implementing them!

Seriously. Most men can only babysit of a few hours. Most of us men aren't " multi tasked" We men are " wired differently mentally. ( It's not a bad things. That how we were made to think.) Mike if there is rght size driveway refresh plane or rake, for the mini skid, each tote delivery also can get a driveway tune up to include a dump trailer of stone delivered. Or truck by tailgate. Spend more time, do more busineess with each customer and neighbors. Delivery and pickup run over $200.00 in San Diego county. A tune up and then in 2 hour lower to 6 hr maximum for travel time and equipment unloading or next days delivery staged. Your self help wood pavilion will also double for second hand values. That miniskid would be my go to and bring in the right size for big projects. Pasture clearing stumps and min skid grooming.

How can you call mini skid operating work. Absolutely a perfect fit. More access to down trees and then mulching. The thinning and natural grasses, add some deer plot mix micro food plots and open with mature tree or failing mature trees. Leavel fallen live treas for footage, limbs for mushroom logs, Great on steaks, and sell logs blooming, leave sample with each firewood delivery. It takes several months to bloom. Hunter would be a spawn dowel insert and wax close along with both ends. Lay standing from a support or in squares horizontally spaced. Use the drilled shavings in firestaeter.

Mike, you're showing us the very definition of working smarter not harder. You're so set w the perfect equipment to maintain a property, every single aspect of a property! The tractor, i di see what you're saying about use, but still i believe you need a tractor even if only seldom used. You'll have it when you need it, for the rest of yours and Levi's and maybe even Ty's life. Taken care of, like you do, i see no reason why it wouldn't last 3 generations. Now i may be wrong here, but i kinda remember asking Tom Haus about pressure washing concrete, because of a couple CZcamsrs that mow and pressure was for homeowners for free. Their pay comes from CZcams. I asked if after washing, does the concrete need to be sealed again. I think he said yes. You should ask him. His short the other day had me laughing..."It's a failure, a Total Failure!!" I just don't know how Emily, being a doctor still has time to edit his videos, but she does! You have awesome friends. You really have come a long way in the wood yard. Your bunker empty already, and now the firewood red oak going in there will be two winters ahead. Kudos on that!! Im looking forward to so much!! Like the cabin interior and the breezeway conecting shower house to the cabin, is one thing. So many more!! I just love this channel!! Thanks Mike.👍🚜❤️🙏🇺🇲🇺🇲

Mike , I thought I would add that a tractor with a cab yields creature comforts that become even more appreciated as we grow older. I suspect that during the hot days, you will come to think that yeah , the mini skid is great for the tight spots , but the cab and the creature comforts the tractor cab offers, will make increased opportunities to get it done when the weather or your need to simply sit down makes the tractor your first choice. I’m thinking ten years from now , the question “ do you have regrets ? “ will simply be answered by a quick HECK NO ! Looking forward to seeing your next well considered equipment purchase.

Hi Mike It’s good to see how much easier it appears to be getting the wood yard into an better working environment You still have more room behind the green container I’d forgot that area altogether
Hope Melissa and family are having a great time Great video 👍👍

Mini skid awesome. Tractor probably much heavier. Hold to the ground better on the snow plowing and fixing the roads. This just in, you're still right!

I agree the surface cleaner attachment for the pressure washer is a no brainer. I've had one for 3 years and love it. Lots less water and time.

Those surface cleaners are also perfect for washing siding too because you can cover a lot more surface area quickly plus unlike using a traditional pressure washer tip with the spray and Mist going everywhere everything is contained within the Dome so you don't have to have a rain suit or get drenched to wash your house

I came close to getting a mini skid. They’re super versatile. I had never seen the front brush cutter before. In the end it took me 20 years to decide on a 1025 TLB. With a mower and snowblower.

Another great video Mike. Best channel on the Tube. A suggestion if you are having buyers regret on a tractor. Get a land plane and a brush cutter for your big skid steer and a snow plow like you mentioned for your Can Am.

If the high flow side has a float position I think the grapple will follow you better when you’re dragging a log and turning at the same time. Looks like you’ve found yourself a useful and fun new machine Mike!

Mike your biggest fan in AK again! My kubota l275 is out of commission... The parts I need are not available... So I built a boom pole for the rear 3 point on our l210, that's a 1971 and like new... But if I buy a new tractor, it will be a TYM 2515... 2400# lift in the bucket, no emissions BS... And 3000 pound lift on the 3 point oh and a six year warranty... Ten grand cheeper in PA then here in Alaska... Can't wait to see your new tractor...

Pro tip for cleaning the concrete...I did pressure washing professionally when I lived in Florida. When you get done using your surface cleaner and rinsing it off with the regular tip, spray the concrete with a good coating of bleach. Liquid chlorine for swimming pools is the best to use if you have anywhere in your area that sells it. It can be hard to find, but if you can find it, I recommend it. If not, regular bleach will work. Just run it through the chemical injector on your pressure washer, or if your machine doesn't have an injector, you can spray it on with a backpack sprayer or a hand-held sprayer. This will help the concrete stay cleaner longer, especially if you don't have trees over the areas you are cleaning. Some places we cleaned and treated with the bleach could go as long as 6 months between cleanings. Just make sure to flush out the injector on your pressure washer really well with clean water when you are done with the bleach, because not doing so could deteriorate the seals on your machine and cause leaking over time. Also, let the area dry completely before walking on it after applying the bleach, and make sure your shoes are dry before going into your house or getting into your vehicles, because you don't want to risk bleach stains on your carpet. Hope this helps

Nice, That’s one of the first thing I bought as well, I like the Spartan Hitch Plate because of the welding support around it. I can install longer square tube on it without having to worry about the plate flexing if I ever needed to
