I don't think she had any surgeries all this time. Maybe a nose job at some point and lip fillers when she feels like it but I think Megan is just aging. I don't think she'd choose to look so different but she is resembling her mother more and more. Not everyone ages well. 😔
Marina Victoria she got a second nose job in 2010 (Jonah Hex Premiere) which is what’s made her look so different. Aside from probably cheek and other face fillers (which have since dissolved) She’s not aging badly, she doesn’t even have any wrinkles.
