She looks much better here before all the surgery/fillers etc - and she’s STILL so young. I’ll never understand why wealthy and/or famous women fill their faces with plastic and operate on their FACES when they need real faces to act. So sad really because they clearly are trying to fill an emptiness inside.

Still not as bad as Lindsay who in her early 20s started looking like a middle aged woman. Now she’s in her mid 30s and looks like in her mid 80s 💀
Emptiness, may be so. Though I'd add maybe it's also - a chasing of 'perfection' -- as Hollywood, media, & social media all pressure people & celebs to be.. unfortunately. And the age-old habit of Hollywood to more frequently hire actresses who 'look' young.. To the point that it probably is making many actresses fearful & paranoid, to age in any visible way.. It is sad how much these plastic surgeries can mess with such naturally beautiful singers & actresses, but it's also even sadder - to imagine the pressures that likely influenced them to actually 'want' these surgeries.. And to seriously do that to yourself, and have that be something that's tough to 'un-do'.. :/ Very sad..

But a grounded and serious actress evolves and takes age appropriate roles...witness Maggie Smith ,Susan Sarandon and Helen Mirren two name a few...people who let vanity and fear rule their own self perception end up unemployable...witness Meg Ryan. I am a great fan of Helen I was in "The Clearing" with her....what a nice humble grounded woman that would apologize to me each time she nearly knocked me down an escalator !
@@michaelparks6120 Yes, I see what you mean.. Although those particular actresses are all of an older different generation. My estimation is that their generation either accepted the fact they were getting fewer roles, or just stopped acting.. instead of finding procedures like botox & other plastic surgery processes.
Plus, different people, react differently to certain problems. Some people accept age & feel unapologetic, or, take indie roles instead. Whereas - some feel emotionally impacted & stressed by the pressures that are imposed on them..& can't bear to accept natural aging, and thus 'just take that risk'.
I'm not saying it's right or that the issue is justified, I'm simply floating some empathetic best guesses - toward the psychological factors that go into the end game here - of too many plastic faced people, who used to really be genuinely beautiful & natural skin'd people. Because most people don't take the time to think about issues like this, unless their job is to talk about cultural issues, like a magazine editor/some other kind of commentator/etc. Or skin specialists who might have podcasts, etc. Or obscure books from people who take time to dive deeper into celebrity psychological culture. Or the occasional documentaries made, like say about Marilyn Monroe or Princess Diana, who both faced great psychological impacts from their respective forms of fame.
She is not just another pretty face.
Not a fan of her acting or personality, but she was absolutely stunning back then.
Unfortunately, she mangled her face with plastic surgery like so many other women in show business.
