You could have just bought a 2" ratchet strap at autozone, and strap the tire to the bed using the corner anchors, thats what I did with my extra spare

Forget all that. Good thing I got fully adjustable cleats on my titan pro4x. I just strap my 35X12.50 tire/wheel to the rails in the center of my bed.
I had a question I noticed they were painting something on the exposed metal after they drill the holes what are they using??

How many inches from the front pucks to the bed wall? I’m in a situation with my Ram. I’m buying a fifth wheel and I want to buy an auxiliary fuel tank in the front of my bed to extend my fuel range.
