That's is a Fitzgerald 4ft fluorescent light pack with a 36w choke 240v ballast and with a 4--65w 220-240v fluorescent lamp starter switch and fitting with a 4ft 36w t8 fluorescent tube
Well, it was, not long after this video, I gutted it and fitted it with an LED tube (the type with power to one end) and it resides in the uncle's kitchen... :)
Lovely these Fitzgerald fittings. Should last forever.

The star shaped led lights are very good i higly reccomend these. Hard to find in warm color though.
