- Gen. David Sejusa caused unease within the establishment while in exile as he criticised the regime he once served at the top echelons.
His return this has drawn ambivalence after the State appeared to have softened its stance towards him.
NTV interviewed Gen. Sejjusa's former Bush war colleague, and opposition leader Rtd. Col. Dr Kizza Besigye to add perspective to the unfolding events surrounding this story.
