I did not give Sejusa permission to leave - Gen. Aronda

The former Army Commander Gen. Aronda Nyakayirima has distanced himself from authorizing renegade Gen. David Sejusa from leaving the country. Gen. Aronda was Thursday appearing before the parliamentary committee on Rules, Privileges and Discipline. The committee summoned Aronda to explain whether he authorized Gen. Sejusa's travel at the time he was commanding of the force.
