mix it into the meat so you're not wasting it on the pan

You don’t do that with rub bc only salt and sugar cna permeate the meat. You want the rub on the outside for this reason. You just have to accept that. Skittle rub will fall off and into the pan

Thinking of putting patty in bowl size of patty.. then adding seasonings so all the powders only land on burger instead of surrounding plate

Thanks, Will have to try it! I really am looking for the Burger King seasoning, I suppose it's a proprietary gig, I don't think they use any grill wood or such, but flame grilled with their seasoning in the meat.. It is the bomb, after cooking on the grill for eons l I have never had any seasoning that comes close, they have some magic going on there. I have started favoring more smoked Paprika though..

An important note to remember, is that Beef tastes different in different regions worldwide. However, Beef mince used in 🍔 is usually an 80 & 20%fat ratio.
You can get creative with Burger sauces by looking online or a simple mix of BBQ Powder, Mayo, Hot Sauce n Dijon Mustard makes a good match for any good 🐮 🍔 .
      Good luck guys! :)

Seasonings are fine mixed in but EXTREMELY limit the salt. Too much salt will turn your beef patty into a dried-up cow patty.

PS ... Salt is overrated. If someone wants more salt, they can add it at the table after the cook ... not into the meat.

@@ohioguy215 thanks for the heads up, i added the seasonings on both sides without pushing it in or anything, it crusted beautifully but in a weird way creating two layers of crust, with the very outer layer easily falling off and almost being too much, might just be me not knowing how much time each side needs yet but felt like it almost got too little time, it was very juicy and tasty tho, im so skeptical lol
