Why is there installers, techs, and maintenance guys? Why isn’t it all just one guy? Why have 3 different jobs when one person can do all 3?
Different skill levels & area of specialty provides a better customer experience.
@@ranbrown15 I’m theory maybe but in actuality I think it causes more of a headache. Having to call different multiple people at different times for different things. If one guy is already there he should be able to do those jobs without having to reach another technician. Your the expert maybe you know something I don’t is what I can think of. Good video still
