- After our #BarkoVlog from Batagas let's have a short walk around downtown Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, Philippines. The city is the capital of the province of Oriental Mindoro and is an important gateway to the province and the western nautical highway. Trucks, buses and other travelers passes this city to get to Panay Island, Negros all the way to western Mindanao area. A 3rd class component city it is one of the cities in MIMAROPA Region the other one being Puerto Princesa in Palawan.

This place is not over crowded like the metro Manila, is there any hotels, hospitals, Airbnb, tourists destination here. About airlines or bus, how do manilenios get there?
Yes it is not and yes all those mentioned are present in this place. The closest is Puerto Galera popular tourist destination. From Manila you can just take a 2 hour bus ride to Batangas port and take a ferry all the way to Calapan.
There are lots of Hospitals , Restaurants and Hotels in Calapan City and Colleges ..
It's big and Rich City
